Yeah got divorced like 2 years ago but still have been close after. My ex moved to another state but she has come back to visit a few times and we took a vacation together. We had basically in a long distance relationship for awhile. Then here recently she kinda started talking less and finally told me she had met someone very recently and was devoted to that person, I’m still completely in love with her and it’s hard. I let her know how I felt but she ended up blocking me for a while a couple times cause she didn’t want to hear that. Guess I just hope she comes back one day and I’m a better person for her at that point. I still love her so much…
Don' t worry about when or if they will be back , that causes resistance and slows things down even stops it all together, focus on yourself, live your life and keep your vibration high, this will literally bring them back 💗💗💗

Don't block her. Try to work out the issue instead? Also with on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It may be time to put things into perspective while it's still early because in 12 years spent as a relationship online coach alone, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. In most cases, the problems that led to the breakup can be resolved, but in some cases, it can't. So take time to evaluate, okay? However, I have to warn you not to ask the reasons from your ex. Hi Brad! I'm in a bit of a sticky situation: my ex and I broke up a couple days ago and we both agreed that we will be in a no contact situation as emotions were running high and we wanted to heal from what happened. We were going through a couple months of rough situations as we were long distance for a little and got into small, but frequent arguments. Additionally, he was transitioning into a new college and told me that he wanted to try living college life single and who is out there. However, he kept telling me that he has no intention of actually getting with other people or talking with other girls; just he wants to see who is there. He told me that we can call in a bit to get some closure and emotionally heal and grow and maybe (hopefully) be friends and even date again afterwards. He keeps telling me that he loves me, wants to be with me if our situation was good, and that he would always cherish me and that he doesn't want to disappear from our lives and would always be a part of each other. He just told me that for right now, we can't be in contact so that we can process and heal separately. Would we have a good chance of getting back together? (We have been together / talking for almost 10 months, and have really good sexual chemistry).
The fact that he wanted to be single just to say he wants to see what else is out there is a huge 🚩….he had probably been thinking about other girls for quite some time and will probably think about them even if y’all were back together. He isn’t too focused on you. I would move on and talk to other people but have fun around mutual friends. They will talk about you especially if other guys have shown interest. Most of the signs were there until a month ago. Then we met, we fought (his fault mostly) and now he is gone. We are not talking for 20 days (only very basic messages about stuff and money) I will try and not reach to him at all but I know deep in my heart he is gone for good. I wish I die soon.
If it's any consolation, most, if not all dumpees feel the way you do at the onset of the breakup. But if you know deep in your heart that you've done your best, then there's really no need to regret anything. Love and loss are part of life and I promise you one day you will heal even though it sure doesn't feel like it today. Play your cards right anyway and see if where that takes you. You should move on with your life. Start making new friends and going out and having fun! Make sure you have fun around your mutual friends because they will talk about you around her. You have to let her know that other women like and want you, make her a little jealous but not too too much lol. If she messages you again be calm and cool. You just mentioned it was a rebound relationship? It typically lasts less than a year and your ex has previously came out of a long term relationship. Those are the common signs but not guaranteed since I've mentioned in my previous vids, a rebound can actually work out but rarely.
I'm in this situation where this girl has a husband and she's in love with me and I her, and we already got caught by her husband. I want to tell more but afraid no one's gonna listen to me.
My ex and I dated for 11 months, and the entire time we dated and before that she was best friends and extremely close with another girl. Sorry, man, but chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. You're right. Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. I and my girlfriend met about 5 yrs ago. It was a long-distance relationship, so it didn't work out well. We rediscovered ourselves when she started her masters program at a college in the city I live in. We started building our relationship and started discussing settling down and building a family. Hey brad. I have a bit of a weird situation. My ex and I broke up about two months ago since we started to fight and argue more and more as time went on. After we broke up we were still friends and saw each other frequently. We eventually decided that we wanted to try to restart and do things right instead of going too quick. We got to the point where she would tell me “I love you” “I miss you so much” “I just want to be closer to you..” but she hen not even a week later, she starts seeing someone else and being so distant to me. Sorry to hear that. I know it's harsh, but take it at face value because she's already seeing someone else...and continuing to deal with her will only lead to her stringing you along, so it's best to let go for now, all things considered. Make her prove her love because if she really did mean those words, she will come around sooner or later after you play your cards right and basically get on with your life. Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. I understand where you're coming from. But really, the aim is to increase your confidence by socializing and to subconsciously know that there is life outside of the relationship/breakup and to get out of the tunnel-vision mentality most people have after a breakup that only their ex can fix it. So interact with people. It may be just on a friendship level, camaraderie, bonding over a new sport/hobby/activity, etc. and not restricted to just dating, perhaps I should've emphasized that, too, as I can see how it can easily be misconstrued. But if you do get around to dating someone that you truly like, then that’s good, as it would help to let you not seem desperate to get your ex back, which most exes can sense from a mile away, mind you. Ya know your statagy of no contact only works when you don't have kids involved. When theirs kids invited the no contact rule doesn't work. You have to contact them and still see eachother for the kids. You also have to get along for the kids. Your stuff works for per kid stuff

Hi Oshadi! One very important thing to remember is to stop forcing things. Try to have discipline and remember, love should never be forced. Otherwise it becomes an obsession, so be very careful of going that route. If your ex dumped you and showed you he doesn't want to be in your life at the moment, you ought to respect that, okay? Hi Brad, I need your help. My boyfriend of 7 years recently broke up with me about 1.5 weeks ago and it completely came out of the blue. There were no signs that he was about to do that prior to breaking up with me. Let him cool his jets first. If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. Hi Brad, I’ve been watching your videos and I found them really helpful but I’m not sure if it’s to late for them to help me. I didn’t live with my ex. My ex stopped communicating with me, like he wouldn’t tell me stuff and he would keep things to himself. He ended our 7 year relationship with no explanation. I tried no contact but it was only for 10 days because I was scared that I was losing him. We met a couple of times and I did get very emotional and he seemed concerned. My ex and I were together for 2.5 years in a long distance relationship. Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. We barely had any contact prior to the full breakup. She hasn't given any of these signs, and I'm not sure she would. Wasn't in her nature to post much on social media when we were together. Everything is fresh, but none of these signs have existed. Been no contact for 3 days. I don't plan on ever reaching out again even though I love her and miss her like crazy. We left on good terms.

If I watched your vid, I wouldn’t have messed this up…. My ex told me she doesn’t want me anymore and wanted to be friend with me but she kept on calling me baby and telling me she loves me but I didn’t understand what she really meant. At that moment she talked me everyday but at the same time, she talked to other guys as well so I felt she was playing with my mind. I rushed to know what she really thought about me and I got confused by what she told me and it made me really mad. Nah, don't beat yourself up over it. It's partly your ex's fault anyway for giving you these mixed signals. However, you come out wiser and stronger, yeah? That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Hi Brad. Thank you for answering my questions. Im currently on a journey to win back my gf that Ive been in relationship for 4/5 years. Yeah got divorced like 2 years ago but still have been close after. My ex moved to another state but she has come back to visit a few times and we took a vacation together. We had basically in a long distance relationship for awhile. Then here recently she kinda started talking less and finally told me she had met someone very recently and was devoted to that person, I’m still completely in love with her and it’s hard. I let her know how I felt but she ended up blocking me for a while a couple times cause she didn’t want to hear that. Guess I just hope she comes back one day and I’m a better person for her at that point. I still love her so much…

Don't block her. Try to work out the issue instead? Also with on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It may be time to put things into perspective while it's still early because in 12 years spent as a relationship online coach alone, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. In most cases, the problems that led to the breakup can be resolved, but in some cases, it can't. So take time to evaluate, okay? However, I have to warn you not to ask the reasons from your ex. I'm in a bit of a sticky situation: my ex and I broke up a couple days ago and we both agreed that we will be in a no contact situation as emotions were running high and we wanted to heal from what happened. We were going through a couple months of rough situations as we were long distance for a little and got into small, but frequent arguments. Additionally, he was transitioning into a new college and told me that he wanted to try living college life single and who is out there. However, he kept telling me that he has no intention of actually getting with other people or talking with other girls; just he wants to see who is there. He told me that we can call in a bit to get some closure and emotionally heal and grow and maybe (hopefully) be friends and even date again afterwards. He keeps telling me that he loves me, wants to be with me if our situation was good, and that he would always cherish me and that he doesn't want to disappear from our lives and would always be a part of each other. He just told me that for right now, we can't be in contact so that we can process and heal separately. Would we have a good chance of getting back together?
(We have been together / talking for almost 10 months, and have really good sexual chemistry).
The fact that he wanted to be single just to say he wants to see what else is out there is a huge 🚩….he had probably been thinking about other girls for quite some time and will probably think about them even if y’all were back together. If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. Most of the signs were there until a month ago. Then we met, we fought (his fault mostly) and now he is gone. We are not talking for 20 days (only very basic messages about stuff and money) I will try and not reach to him at all but I know deep in my heart he is gone for good.

If it's any consolation, most, if not all dumpees feel the way you do at the onset of the breakup. But if you know deep in your heart that you've done your best, then there's really no need to regret anything. Love and loss are part of life and I promise you one day you will heal even though it sure doesn't feel like it today. Play your cards right anyway and see if where that takes you. Funny how you mention jealously makes them want us back. My ex immediately started dating after and tbh, yes I was jealous but it was a huge turn off for me because how can someone that cared about you so much just move on easily?

Hi brad. Ive got a difficult situation.
Me and my ex (18 yo both) were together 2 years and we broke up 3 weeks ago. We had little amounts of fights and discussions and everything was going well.
Our last discussion had been 2 months before our breakup. And she decided to end our relationship because she was exhausted and those fights we had made her feel bad at times she doesnt see me for who i am only for who i was.

After a rebound relationship, how can you be sure you're not being used as a rebound for the rebound? 🤦♂️
You just mentioned it was a rebound relationship? It typically lasts less than a year and your ex has previously came out of a long term relationship. Those are the common signs but not guaranteed since I've mentioned in my previous vids, a rebound can actually work out but rarely.
I'm in this situation where this girl has a husband and she's in love with me and I her, and we already got caught by her husband. I want to tell more but afraid no one's gonna listen to me.
My ex and I dated for 11 months, and the entire time we dated and before that she was best friends and extremely close with another girl. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. I and my girlfriend met about 5 yrs ago. It was a long-distance relationship, so it didn't work out well. We rediscovered ourselves when she started her masters program at a college in the city I live in. We started building our relationship and started discussing settling down and building a family. I understand where you're coming from. But really, the aim is to increase your confidence by socializing and to subconsciously know that there is life outside of the relationship/breakup and to get out of the tunnel-vision mentality most people have after a breakup that only their ex can fix it. So interact with people. It may be just on a friendship level, camaraderie, bonding over a new sport/hobby/activity, etc. and not restricted to just dating, perhaps I should've emphasized that, too, as I can see how it can easily be misconstrued. But if you do get around to dating someone that you truly like, then that’s good, as it would help to let you not seem desperate to get your ex back, which most exes can sense from a mile away, mind you. Ya know your statagy of no contact only works when you don't have kids involved. When theirs kids invited the no contact rule doesn't work. You have to contact them and still see eachother for the kids. You also have to get along for the kids. Your stuff works for per kid stuff
I know and I've discussed this in my other vids. It's going to be tougher than usual with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Hi Brad, I need your help. My boyfriend of 7 years recently broke up with me about 1.5 weeks ago and it completely came out of the blue. Let him cool his jets first. If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. Hi Brad, I’ve been watching your videos and I found them really helpful but I’m not sure if it’s to late for them to help me. I didn’t live with my ex. My ex stopped communicating with me, like he wouldn’t tell me stuff and he would keep things to himself. He ended our 7 year relationship with no explanation. My ex told me she doesn’t want me anymore and wanted to be friend with me but she kept on calling me baby and telling me she loves me but I didn’t understand what she really meant.
At that moment she talked me everyday but at the same time, she talked to other guys as well so I felt she was playing with my mind.
I rushed to know what she really thought about me and I got confused by what she told me and it made me really mad.
I told her pent up feelings with anger and eventually she told me what I told her made her doesn’t wanna be with me.
It’s been 5 days since we stopped contacting and it’s been 1 or 2 months from the breakup.

Nah, don't beat yourself up over it. It's partly your ex's fault anyway for giving you these mixed signals. However, you come out wiser and stronger, yeah? It was almost like marriage, we loved each other and she was always happy and desperate when we apart which gave me confidence that she loves me . We had some major arguments during relationship that lead to brake up . She never told me that shes done with me or anything like that , just said that she needs to find herself and little time away from me and wont be texting me which I sad okay and havent talked to her for 30 days . After that day I texted her to see if shes willing to at least talk to me and she replied quickly "Hey , Im fine thank you" , but as I asked her to set up a meeting she responded briefly and stubbornly "No , I am busy and have responsibilties to take care of , thank you for asking me" . After day or two I sent clean slate text and apologizing If I was crossing her boundries couse Im aware of how she feels about us. Should I continue "No Contact" strategy or try something else ?
