    I know it is really hard to stay in No Contact in 30 days but it worked for me, my ex reaches out to me after 2 months and said that she still has feelings for me. I hope my comment will help you to have more motivate to stick through the No Contact. THANK YOU BRAD !

      Yeah got divorced like 2 years ago but still have been close after. My ex moved to another state but she has come back to visit a few times and we took a vacation together. We had basically in a long distance relationship for awhile. Then here recently she kinda started talking less and finally told me she had met someone very recently and was devoted to that person, I’m still completely in love with her and it’s hard. I let her know how I felt but she ended up blocking me for a while a couple times cause she didn’t want to hear that. Guess I just hope she comes back one day and I’m a better person for her at that point. I still love her so much…

      Sorry to hear that. What he said can easily translate to him needing his space so make sure you do your part and stop reaching out to him for a good while, okay? If you've been constantly texting him out of panic, then that explains further why he's telling you never to contact him again. Respect his decision to break up first. Discussed about an ex's tendency to do that here: ruclips.net/video/CP8FQlvDuVU/видео.html But what sort of messages have you been sending your ex? It's a different story if you've been trying for so long with all the right moves and still stuck in the friendzone, but I don't think that's the case with you. Focus on the second and third phases instead. Hello brad, my girlfriend I just broke up 6days ago. She said that she doesn't want me anymore and is so burnout. She also said that even if we met me in future, she wont be coming back. She really got tired of me, but I know she's the one.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад +1

      Sorry to hear that. Whatever happened, that's a huge clue for you to take a full step back and really give her all the time and uninterrupted space that she needs right now. I'm not sure if you pursued her too much to the point where she ended up saying those words to you or not but whatever the case, be sure to be on your own for a while, okay? Now as to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. Here's the link: www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Best of luck!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +4

      You're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Here's a short infograph to guide you in each process: ruclips.net/video/7JtmVbDkblw/видео.html Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com

Anyway assuming you've done the first phase properly, which is the 30-day "no contact" rule, then you should be in a position to be ready to test the waters with your ex. Me and my ex (18 yo both) were together 2 years and we broke up 3 weeks ago. We had little amounts of fights and discussions and everything was going well.
    Our last discussion had been 2 months before our breakup. And she decided to end our relationship because she was exhausted and those fights we had made her feel bad at times she doesnt see me for who i am only for who i was.
    i havent talked to her and we broke up 3 weeks ago, said she wanted to break up and she needed time on her own, i told her its ok. everyone tells me she isnt coming back but she clearly misses me. and i have respected her space and time since then we only spoke once.

      You should move on with your life. Start making new friends and going out and having fun! Make sure you have fun around your mutual friends because they will talk about you around her. You have to let her know that other women like and want you, make her a little jealous but not too too much lol. If she messages you again be calm and cool. Don’t be mean to her just be kind and caring. Every situation is different and so is every woman. Only you know the right thing to do

    Hi Brad!
    I'm in a bit of a sticky situation: my ex and I broke up a couple days ago and we both agreed that we will be in a no contact situation as emotions were running high and we wanted to heal from what happened. We were going through a couple months of rough situations as we were long distance for a little and got into small, but frequent arguments. Additionally, he was transitioning into a new college and told me that he wanted to try living college life single and who is out there. However, he kept telling me that he has no intention of actually getting with other people or talking with other girls; just he wants to see who is there. He told me that we can call in a bit to get some closure and emotionally heal and grow and maybe (hopefully) be friends and even date again afterwards. He keeps telling me that he loves me, wants to be with me if our situation was good, and that he would always cherish me and that he doesn't want to disappear from our lives and would always be a part of each other. He just told me that for right now, we can't be in contact so that we can process and heal separately. Would we have a good chance of getting back together?
    (We have been together / talking for almost 10 months, and have really good sexual chemistry).

    • @philiptucker7590
      @philiptucker7590 2 года назад +2

      The fact that he wanted to be single just to say he wants to see what else is out there is a huge 🚩….he had probably been thinking about other girls for quite some time and will probably think about them even if y’all were back together. He isn’t too focused on you. I would move on and talk to other people but have fun around mutual friends. They will talk about you especially if other guys have shown interest. Good luck, hope it works out the best for you 🖤

    Thanks for the new video Brad. There's a problem, every time she comes back after a breakup but then a few days latet she will start to fight and everything falls into old routine, she hangsup on me over the phone, and I block her and initiate no contact....😔 This back and forth cycle is so toxic and exhausting, how can we make ex treasure the relationship more without keep stepping the lines by saying or acting meanly?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +3

      Don't block her. Try to work out the issue instead? Also with on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It may be time to put things into perspective while it's still early because in 12 years spent as a relationship online coach alone, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. In most cases, the problems that led to the breakup can be resolved, but in some cases, it can't. So take time to evaluate, okay? However, I have to warn you not to ask the reasons from your ex. This is what I've discussed here along with other stuff that might help you, so this is a must-watch: ruclips.net/video/zqAEi9PbEAA/видео.html But if you're interested in making this your last breakup, sign up for my coaching program at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching especially if there's an available spot. My ex and I dated for 11 months, and the entire time we dated and before that she was best friends and extremely close with another girl. While she was with me she came out as bi, and eventually forwards the end of the relationship she admitted she had feelings for her friend which basically led to the breakup. Three days after we broke up she started dating her friend. I am wondering if this is a rebound or not considering the unusual circumstances? Please feel free to respond even if you’re not brad I need some insight on this

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +1

      Sorry, man, but chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: ruclips.net/video/m27TLeyUmwg/видео.html There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place. Take care!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  18 дней назад

      Yeah, don't do any of those. This is why no contact means cutting off communication with your ex in any way, shape or form for at least 30 days. It also means ignoring unimportant or random messages from your ex for at least 30 days straight. This also involves NOT looking at any of your ex's online profiles so you won't overthink things. In other words, the "no contact" period is a time where you fully focus on yourself and take time to heal.

    Hey brad. I have a bit of a weird situation. My ex and I broke up about two months ago since we started to fight and argue more and more as time went on. After we broke up we were still friends and saw each other frequently. We eventually decided that we wanted to try to restart and do things right instead of going too quick. We got to the point where she would tell me “I love you” “I miss you so much” “I just want to be closer to you..” but she hen not even a week later, she starts seeing someone else and being so distant to me. She told me that she doesn’t want to be with me and that she only sees me as a friend. Is this true or just her way of coping? Do you think she really meant all of the “I love you” recently?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +3

      Sorry to hear that. I know it's harsh, but take it at face value because she's already seeing someone else...and continuing to deal with her will only lead to her stringing you along, so it's best to let go for now, all things considered. Make her prove her love because if she really did mean those words, she will come around sooner or later after you play your cards right and basically get on with your life. Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. Since he told me he wanted a break he contacts me all the time asking about our unborn baby. How should I go about this? Should I just do no contact until the baby is born?

    • @BradBrowning

      If he wants to take an active role, let him. It's going to be tougher than usual with kids and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Prepare for an uphill battle but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. I’ve manned up & faced her & her parents & let them know how truly sorry I felt/feel. I’m in loss & I’m trying to do better & be better everyday as I know God has a plan for me, but I seriously regret life right now and just want her back.. Ik with time it might work out but who knows maybe down the line we can end up together but I truly felt as if we were soulmates which sounds pretty corny but this girl is my ideal woman in my life.. I’m truly sorry Mary.. I love you forever & always, & always unconditionally..

      If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. With that in mind, these may help: ruclips.net/video/f0F8q2IIgtE/видео.html AND ruclips.net/video/qnE192fUKxI/видео.html Whatever you do, make sure you avoid doing the stuff here that will only push your ex further away: y2u.be/jikW4YYC9yo

      I know it's tough but now is a good time to know yourself more and find that strength to accept the breakup and be independent of your ex in any way that you can. Do the dynamic "no contact" rule or limited contact. You've got a long way to go but for starters, you can follow the tips here to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be: ruclips.net/video/GTjEAGJWTuA/видео.html AND ruclips.net/video/dDZrnNh8LOg/видео.html As to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no.

    Will it be oky if I start with the No Contact rule now..after that 4mknths of trying to win him back

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  Год назад

      I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet, which will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Makes sense? But will no contact ALONE work to get your ex back? Sometimes it does, but other times (especially if your situation is unique) it won't, because the no contact phase is only part one of the three-step process I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. Learn the basics here: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html There's also a risk of you being strung along if you don't cut off contact and give each other that much needed space and while it's beneficial for your ex, it's really detrimental to the dumpee in the end, so be careful. I also made a quick vid to those who are seemingly lost and could use a reminder on what to do: ruclips.net/video/obBIttQSak4/видео.html

    By watching this I’m realizing that these signs mostly apply to me, and 2, maybe 3, apply to him. We still live together for at least the next 6 months, and frankly I’m not really sure he wants me back since he said i killed it during the breakup with what i said. He said he still wants the best for me and loves me and wants me to improve, but that i won’t have a future with him. His best friend says I shouldn’t worry and should give it time, but a lot of these signs are hard to see since my ex is very good at hiding his emotions and acting like things are fine. Im considering coaching with you after my therapy session today, and I scored a 71 on your quiz. Should I even try and pursue my ex? I was the one who initiated the break up and said horrible things to keep him away, only to realize my emotions got the better of me. Anything helps, thanks brad.

      That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. This is something I've discussed here, so watch it to learn a few tips to help you on how to go about it: ruclips.net/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/видео.html

      Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: ruclips.net/video/5UT92IB5ugs/видео.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Hi Brad, I need your help. My boyfriend of 7 years recently broke up with me about 1.5 weeks ago and it completely came out of the blue. There were no signs that he was about to do that prior to breaking up with me. All of a sudden, I came over when we were supposed to meet up and he said to me that he had feelings for another girl that he only met some days prior and had a good time with during a drink after work with all of his colleagues. We had a good relationship except for some flaws that were discussable. He always said he wanted to marry me or live with me and we talked a lot about the future, so this break up was totally unexpected. Even his friends and family didnt know about the other girl or that he wanted to break up with me. I talked to him for about 3 days after the breakup to try and understand him and the reasoning behind it. He was very sweet to me and I noticed that he felt bad for hurting me, but his mind was made up. He wanted to break up in order to ask the other girl out on a date... After these three days of basically begging, I turned to the no contact rule and haven't talked to him in a week now already. He also hasnt contacted me since. Brad, can you tell me if there is any hope? I am afraid that if i keep on doing the no contact thing that I will drive him into the arms of the othe girl since it gives him time to reach out to her and reflect on our relationship. I am afraid he will find more reasons to stay broken up with me. We had everything in common and I miss him so much. To me, he feels like a soulmate so Im really broken... What do you say, is there any hope?? pls help me

      With on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It was your ex's decision to break up though, right? Unless it was you who end things with this ex, then your ex's reasons aren't valid. She made her choice to break up and there are consequences. Being her puppet and waiting around for her will do you no good though, so be careful with that. Don't sell yourself short. Know your worth. Anyways good luck!

      Look, I know it's hard and may even feel like everything will slip away the moment you cut off contact, but trust me when I say this can really do a lot of benefit to your ex and you as well as your relationship as you'd both be in a clearer headspace to deal with each other when the time comes and therefore less mistakes made that will send your ex running for the hills further. I've seen people disregard the "no contact" rule and end up destroying their chances unknowingly. This is why I recommend you to employ the FULL 30-day "no contact" rule and be mindful of the tips in the following videos to help you out: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM AND make sure you don't make the number one mistake here: y2u.be/1cBpNrDDHnw
      So once you've completed the no contact phase, watch my texting tips on how to re-establish contact with your ex. This is only one among the many texting tips posted across my channel. Start with these: ruclips.net/video/XonMtLFo000/видео.html AND y2u.be/RggluigF74E but if you're still lost about what to do despite the tips sprawled on my channel, then you may want to sign up for my one-on-one email coaching at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching Best of luck!

    Hi Brad, I’ve been watching your videos and I found them really helpful but I’m not sure if it’s to late for them to help me. I didn’t live with my ex. My ex stopped communicating with me, like he wouldn’t tell me stuff and he would keep things to himself. He ended our 7 year relationship with no explanation. I tried no contact but it was only for 10 days because I was scared that I was losing him. We met a couple of times and I did get very emotional and he seemed concerned. He wanted to remain as friends, I did this for a couple of day’s because when the texts got few and far between, I told him I couldn’t do it anymore. He sent me a text saying he understood and he was there if I needed him. That was a couple of days ago, does this mean I’ve lost the chance of us getting back together?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +1

      Really sorry to hear that. I understand your frustration and pain. Seven years is a long time. Also reminds me of the 7-year itch! When a breakup happens, most of the time this means he has lost attraction for you, hence, it's a bad move to be friends with him. You need to cut off contact for at least 30 days first. Silence is key and here's why: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html If you continue being friends right away, the boundaries won't be clear and you're technically both free to date other people. Wouldn't it be pure torture if your ex dates a rebound in front of you because you're only "friends" now, don't you think? So it’s not a good idea, especially if you want this ex back. Watch this video so you’ll know why being friends won’t lead you anywhere you wanna be with your ex and how to get out of this trap, at ruclips.net/video/pv_cjzhVKAY/видео.html AND ruclips.net/video/yd6pvNVeHjI/видео.html but read my Ex Factor Guide since that’s much more detailed and so you'll know how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total), including what to say, do or not do, along with free bonus materials for texting. Brad,
    She broke up, not because she doesn't love me, but because, over the years (7 years and engaged) I neglected her badly, focusing on my dreams and career. She is still in contact with me it's not that she doesn't love me and I don't love her but she's so hurt by what I did and the consequences that I caused with her family and some other issues by mistreating her the way I did, she thinks it's best that maybe she see a few other people to make sure because right now we absolutely cannot be together because of the consequences I caused. She still loves me and wishes this had never happened and wishes she could be here with me. As do i. Should I be very worried about her going on a few dates to see other people? She's left hope that I can fix myself in the future to give us another chance but she said don't be hurt if maybe she finds somebody and falls in love.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      Try to do the opposite of the "no contact" rule and see if your ex is receptive to contact. If your ex isn't, then it's very important to give it time to let whatever anger there is between you two, especially from your ex's side, subside. Sometimes it takes a month but oftentimes it takes longer or shorter depending on the situation. You simply cannot rush this. An apology is in order, too. The fighting has to stop. Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. What were you two fighting or arguing about? It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: ruclips.net/video/XuJFf5Kch5o/видео.html Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: ruclips.net/video/BBEhaY3gLIw/видео.html Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw

    Hi Brad. My ex broke up with me the other day after eight years of a harmonious relationship and raising his two little boys. He is ten years my age (53) and feels time is running out, that he still needs to explore some stuff. He has been very emotional and keeps in contact about me with a friend of mine. He wants to take six months (perhaps) shorter, for himself and me to grow and develop and we made plans to at least text every Tuesday (just a couple of lines to stay in contact) and then after a while he wants to rebuild our friendship. I asked him if he can see us back together again, but he doesn’t know this. What is your idea about our chances of getting back? I have made no drama and respect his wishes. Out break up has been very loving and heartbreaking for us both. Thank you so much in advance! I miss him terribly.

As to your chances, I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Here's the vid: ruclips.net/video/ZyJRphwDca4/видео.html and especially if those signs prevail over a prolonged period of time. If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. @@BradBrowning Thank you for your reply. I guess the main reason for breaking up is that after all this time he did not feel that so called 'spark' any longer even though many more important things like trust, care, a deep rooted love etc have grown. I also think I have grown too codependent because of some mental health problems that suddenly came to front. I quit alcohol and tobacco as a result for over a year and have changed a lot. Perhaps I've changed too much...We never had any real issues and since there are kids envolved that I love dearly I am quite shocked. He is ten years my age (53) so midlife could perhaps also be a part of all this. I will def take that quiz....

      Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ruclips.net/video/XonMtLFo000/видео.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      Let him cool his jets first.

    Hello, hope you're having a wonderful day!

    When she blocked me, I decided to wait 30 days no contact and she never contacted me through out those days.
    But I decided to create an alt account and talk to her again, we called and it went well, but she still hasn't forgotten about the negative thoughts so she is very cold during texting. I have watched so many of your videos and I still don't know to do.

      You ought to show her you accepted the breakup. You shouldn't have to feel bad about mingling with someone new granted how your ex dumped you in the first place. Redo the "no contact" rule and make sure you stick to it this time. But watch this first to help manage your expectations: ruclips.net/video/OzVymYnQFTk/видео.html Here's how you can tell you're doing the "no contact" rule properly: ruclips.net/video/f7zuXk-sVsI/видео.html It may help to make use of the clean slate template, which is a free version from a piece of my Ex Factor Guide. Watch this: ruclips.net/video/6K3xufEwEFg/видео.html The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. But in order to fully understand how this concept works, watch the free in-depth video on my website to learn some psychology techniques and understand how giving each other space for around a month can benefit you than otherwise, at www.breakupbrad.com

    Nearly almost all of these signs were present between me and my ex, until I saw her unfollowing me and removing me from her IG I asked about it, she said in order to forget me and get me out of her life forever completely, she doesn't want to see anything from me. And she told me don't ever call her and text her again. So do these signs still count ? Or this is an emotional breakdown?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      It's highly emotional times for you both, which is why it's always better to just give each other space because it certainly beats overthinking about stuff you have zero control over. Look, you both have to process the breakup first and go through all that pain and slowly let go of the bad memories...It is a process, but this is what the "no contact" rule is for, to help both of you move forward from that pain. A reconciliation with an ex means there will be a new (thus the old relationship be considered as over) relationship between you two where the lessons of the past are taken into consideration in order to resolve it to create a better relationship in the future. Does that make sense? Give your ex time to let go of the bad memories, however, this won't happen overnight and for sure takes time, so don't rush. Follow the tips on my other vids, especially this one: ruclips.net/video/FLeP1eRCkCk/видео.html Good luck!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

    Ya know your statagy of no contact only works when you don't have kids involved. When theirs kids invited the no contact rule doesn't work. You have to contact them and still see eachother for the kids. You also have to get along for the kids. Your stuff works for per kid stuff

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      I know and I've discussed this in my other vids. It's going to be tougher than usual with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Prepare for an uphill battle but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. Try to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be by applying the tips here as much as possible: ruclips.net/video/GTjEAGJWTuA/видео.html AND ruclips.net/video/dDZrnNh8LOg/видео.html
