If you are eating a generally healthy diet there’s no reason to take a multi vitamin. If your body doesn’t need it then you’re just getting expensive urine. You only really need single ingredient vitamins or minerals if blood tests shows your lacking. The exception would be vitamin D. Women should take 1000-2000 iu/day.
