Would highly recommend the Dear Mum book. We lost my MIL very suddenly and unexpectedly last year, my partner had gifted her one of these books and she never got around to filling it out. Finding in her possessions blank was quite upsetting for him, as he wishes he had those answers now and there’s so many things he’ll never get the chance to ask her.
He’s since gifted it to me to fill out for our children and I’m making my way through it - it’s not something I would usually do, but I’ve seen firsthand how much this would mean to your loved ones when you’re gone ❤

The memory book sounds a great idea. Wish I’d done that with my mum and dad when they were younger. Ie in their 60’s possibly as we always talked lots and reminisced but after I found an old album the other day at mums and old records I realised rather painfully, as I’m sure others have too, that as she’d passed away last summer , I could no longer just pop into her room and ask
Her details. She had dementia but amazingly did remember lots and loved to chat. Great idea and it’s a celebration of life too 🙂

Thanks for the eye mask recommendation. I suffer terribly with meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye (I’m under the hospital for it) and currently I use a mask that you have to heat in the microwave, it’s faffy and cools too quickly to be effective so I’m definitely going to give this one a go! Xx

I bought those jeans and they were so extremely tight around my waist. And the band around the waist is super thick and not stretchy. Maybe Fleur has tiny waist ..? Anyways. They do look super cool though.

I would say they come up slightly oversized. In the knitted Mentone sweaters I size down and get an XS but in everything else I get an S and they are a nice lose fit xx

I bought Halara jeans at your recommendation, and they were not good! They were so poorly made and odd cut/fit. I usually trust your recommendations!
I’ve wondered about this. I’m very skeptical of Halara because it seems like a SHEIN adjacent brand. I love the idea of the pants, but I really question if they’d actually be good upon purchase. 🤷🏽♀️
Which ones did you get? I love mine, haven’t had any issues and I always make sure I try things for a good amount of time before I work with a brand. I must have washed my black wide leg ones 30+ times now and they still look and fit exactly the same
They’ve also been caught stealing designs from other companies, deffo do your research into a brand before buying!

Yes, mine are the regular. The flare styles I’ve tried seem to come up much longer, but these are quite short which works for me as I’m 5ft4 x

I actually had it even darker than this back in 2018/2019 :) then back to blonde for a bit and now darker again to try and limit damage and breakage as it’s been thinning a lot the past year
