Great taste, my best 5 fragrances from Amouage are: Beachhut, Bracken, Figment, No 6 From library collection, Interlude. There are a lot of good Omani fragrance houses other than Amouage like Oman Luxury and Alwidad, I think you should check them out. Oman luxury have a branch in London.

Jubilation is still my favourite fragrance ever! To me one of the most underrated is Beach Hut; it is such a great fragrance: unique, very wearable and super versatile!

I currently own Reflection, Beach Hut, Sunshine, Opus 8, and Opus 9. I have more to go with this house. I feel like it's one of the few houses that really comes through with quality that closely matches the price.
Got Reflection Man and Journey Man and both are great. I have a sample of Jubilation XXV coming and I get the feeling that bottle will soon be added to the collection. Great review and list IMO.

I'm definitely an Amouage fanboy. Jubilation XXV is my everyday wear in Fall, Winter, and Early Spring. Reflection Man is my everyday wear in the Late Spring and Summer. I just wish they had something sweet and oriental along the lines of PdM Herod, and I probably wouldn't wear anything but Amouage.
A great house. I haven’t tried Black iris yet but I’m sure I will like it. I don’t like Memior or Journey man at all. My top two are Lyric and Beach hut man.

Definitely MEMOIR man at the top.....what a gorgeous, enticing scent! Can't get enough of it. Then, EPIC man has blown my socks off (the best blind buy ever that trumps Nishane Spice Bazaar). Reflection man just because it's SO pleasant, easy and accessible.

I've tried quite a few Amouage fragrances, and the only one I've purchased a full bottle of is Journey Man! That stuff is insanely good! I do have a 30ml of Reflection man as well, but I tend to gravitate more to PDM Darley in the same situations I'd normally wear Reflection.

Time has come to explore Amouage house. After Italian perfumery I'm going towards East. Sadly I started with a wrong one ... Enclave. Minty scent is ok,refreshing very versatile but weak performer. The most underrated and in my opinion best from Amouage is Bracken Man. I'm wearing it now, nearly 20 hours after putting it on and sleeping in it and I can still smell it. It is, along with Houbigant Fougere Royale 2010, maybe the best classical Fougere using modern materials and techniques in existence. A pure work of art. Deep, earthy green. Smells like the (imaginary) verdant green of the fern frond itself together with the damp, moist roots with soil and a little mud still on the roots. Breathtaking example of a powerful, earthy classical Fougere!
Great review again, Max! I have the Interlude Man, Reflection Man, Memoir Man, Beloved Man, Jubilation XXV, Bracken Man and Epic Man and I like all of them for different occasions. I find Beloved Man, Bracken Man and Epic Man as everyday use sort of fragrances but I reserve the others for special occasions (Specially Jubiliation and Memoir). I am looking forward to the Black Iris and Overture Man (which is not Harrod's exclusive anymore!). Can you please do a Gimme 5 video on Fragrance Du Bois and Montale?
Someone on Facebook said that Reflection Man smells like a new born baby which I realized was true for me on the dry down. On the opening it reminds me of the smell of a swimming pool particularly an indoor one.

I think I'll give it another try, though it performed very poorly on me. I picked up Honour recently for a steal, and it's a very enjoyable peppery, vetiver with a nice geranium note. Very fresh. I love most of what I have tried. An updated GBUUO would be great.

I haven't smelled Memoir Man or Interlude Black Iris yet, but totally agree with you on Reflection Man and Jubilation XXV Man. Both smell amazing, but Reflection Man lacks projection and performance :-( . It wears close to the skin which is ok, but really wish the perfomance and projection were better. I wish Reflection Man had better performance and projection because I love the scent soooo much. Now, Journey Man is one I really don't like after my first experience; may have to revisit it.

I think it can handle dry 80s and humid 70s, that's my personal 'heat' limit for Memoir.
