This is my favorite fragrance house, tied with Fueguia. I feel Fueguia is more even overall, but Xerjoff has my favorite fragrances of all time, which include Zefiro, Ivory Route, Esquel, Kobe, and Alexandria III.

Xerjoff is my favorite House. My top five:

2. Alexandria II/Richwood
3. Uden Overdose
4. Nio/1861 Renaissance
5. Casamorati 1888
Definitely the reaction I had with More than Words when a friend walked in the room wearing it. I just got to have the scent and managed to get a decant!
Wonderful scent!
Also worth mentioning from the house is Sur del Cruz 2!

I can say that Xerjoff have to be my favorite house on the litle time I've been in this frag collecting hobby. I only have four and they are from the Casamorati line. Fiero, Mefisto, Dolce Amalfi, and Mefisto Gentiluomo. And bought Dama Bianca for my fianceé. Looking forward on blind buying because the description is more than satisfying: La Capitale, Richwood, Cruz Del Sur II and looking forward to sniff 40 Knots.

More than Words of one of my all time favs...it's so beautifully blended. I have both vintage and new but prefer the vintage. I could barely spray it in my review video because I didn't want to choke myself out in my room, ha! Should come with a warning!

Great video! I have been waiting on a collector to do a review like this. I have only tried More than Words and the reaction in the room is exactly as you said. I will buy samples of the others you mentioned as well.
What does more than words smell like or remind you of??I own about 6 xerjoff. Nio renaissance 40 knotts naxos and Alexander 2 and lira but what does more than words smell like to you and yes I hear its strong and to me 40 knotts is potent one I believe but what's your guess?

Mefisto is a masterpiece. I need to try the Gentiluomo edition next.
My favorite house ever, with Naxos being my all time favorite, 1888 stands next to it. Stunning and unique creations that always delivers with great performance.
Yet still dont understand why a lot of people like to twist the cap so it is facing the wrong way like it is a trend.

I have always had a great weakness for perfumes, beyond the final product, I have always been powerfully attracted to everything behind these beautiful bottles, I mean the perfume industry and the entire creative process that each artist experiences, from the careful composition of fragrances, through the design of their packaging to the moment they are baptized and brought to light in the world ... Hearing you speak, I realize that my modest personal collection perfectly matches fragrances that you are presenting to us throughout your career on RUclips. I love them all, but I always want more ... I always look for a scent, a design, the magnitude of a perfume that exceeds the scope of the olfactory experience. Will there really be that perfume capable of anointing us with divinity capable of seducing and defeating the most hostile of humans? I am no longer excited to hear when someone says "it is a fragrance exclusively for the richest or for kings" How do angels smell?

Jtc shinkion with that cherry blossoms is really heavenly, but it’s definitely feminine, however I really don’t care about that
Top three would have to be nio, Kobe and Al-Khatt would like to try Oroville though as have heard many say it’s a hidden gem in the shooting stars line that is very underrated.

Hi Max, thanks for the nice rivew, when you say it's dark fragrance about more than ward, do you mean its for night time only?
Its more of a cold weather fragrance. It could be cloying in the summer. I wear anything any season, just dial it down when its potent to not choke myself out.
Just get Naxos and Alexandria ii. They’re the best, no need to get anything else unless you love the brand

I absolutely dislike The smell of “more than words”, I definitely need more than words to describe how that fragrance smells. But aside from that one I can agree with the rest of the scents listed in this video. Especially Naxos, that is an absolute banger.
More than words since the day one
I own them all except Nio. I love Nio’s opening, but I think the dry down smells too similar to Kobe, which I bought before trying Nio. Owning Renaissance and Kobe, it seems like Nio would be a little redundant. Xerjoff is top shelf, though.

IMO, these r sooo different. Totally depends on which “DNA” u prefer. Of this group, Rehab is the “cleanest” smelling and maybe the most unique bc of the balance between dark lavender and tobacco booze. Black Phantom is a little darker and a bit more linear. Naxos is the biggest crowd pleaser of the three. If u like this style, they r different enough to have all three (I do :))

Good video. I tried Naxos nothing more than honey that is all I got. Tobacco is not yet main player I was somewhat disappointed.

@@Masterchief1952 I like Naxos, it's a very nice smell. My only problem with it is its projection and longevity. Alexandria II on the other hand is very long-lasting and smells regal. I have them both

I never really get the hype of Alexander ii. It is so powdery and choking.
Naxos is very similar to pure havane by Mugler, but naxos is much smoother
I think people whip their heads around when you walk into a room wearing more than words, because it’s ungodly strong. Actually way too strong for me... and I like powerful fragrances.
What‘s the difference between the 1861 and the normal naxos?
1861 is the name of the whole collection (Zefiro, Renaissance, Naxos).

Two diff bottles and the scents r slight different. IMO the older Naxos is slightly more green / aromatic. Some say there is no diff. I have both and prefer the newer version bc to me it is more warm and well rounded.
