INTP here...I seriously admire INTJs' ability to articulate exactly what they want to say so well, concisely and bluntly if need be. They don't seem afraid of confrontation and get so much done! I'm jealous. :) I also admire INFPs' ability to know what they want and feel, and how they can be passionate and bold about the things they deeply care about. I have trouble with even being conscious of my own feelings/desires outside of the need for harmony (linked to others' feelings). I just want to understand the world and for everything to make sense.
Yep. Just had two job interviews and I felt like I was rambling and revising myself out loud the whole time. Not sure how I got two job offers out of them 😂.
As an INTJ with ADHD I find I'm a combination of the two. I have thought out what I'm going to say and generally speak in complete sentences, but frequently, I'll talk myself out of a position as I am speaking. So it means I ramble, but it's because my brain is working faster than my mouth can express it.
I agree I process things in the same way but I believe mine is more linked to anxiety, so Fi instead of Ni but I also could have symptomatic relations to ADHD. That then in turn could affect my Ni but it could go both ways.
in fact i just did that now lolololol..."hmmm. I know the game I'm playing...hiw do i make the best baseball for it?" rather than being unsure of what ball I have for ??? sport i have to figure out.
I don't think I've met an INFP as of yet, but I have known an INTJ. That INTJ individual did speak very short, to the point thoughts, not a whole lot of fluff. And yet I completely got everything communicated. Extra fluff is really unnecessary with that INTJ.
Do you notice that you like it more if something is build from the ground up (like very Si - all the data) whereas Ni types your partner prefer the short, "simplified/compressed" version? I have Ne/Si and my partner Ni/Se and I notice sometimes I want more data, rather than almost conclusions about data and she more easily wants the summery? We're on the Ti/Fe axis, so that might be different though
Haha, I suppose this would also apply to literary scenarios? I’m often described as having a very formal dictation and way of writing. People have criticized me on the fact that they feel as if they are present at a job interview… I definitely need to improve upon my social skills, (But don’t we all do, 😂😅?) I have yet to meet a fellow INTJ. I would be interested in knowing whether the same quality applies, or if it simply a quirk exclusive to me?

I have an INFP sister and I’m an INTJ. He is so spot on.
INTJ here 😂 I don’t open my mouth until I’ve tried saying it in my head at least 3 different ways until I found one that feels correct.
Correct. 👍🏻

intj here, if I revise what i say, it's because I am anticipating the *listener* doesn't understand me. I fully know what I want to say 😅

I’m an INFP dating an INTJ and I hate how accurate this is. Lmao
I wondered why I ramble at work when asked a question and now I know why...wow
Literally my partner and I.. 😅
He always gets so heated when i "over explain" my responses. (especially when we argue lol)
