I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I wanna do workouts of hers for the next 15 weeks, starting off with 73 kilos, I'm a beginner btw day 1: rain on me, ritmo, 20 min full body for total beginners: it wasnt that bad but i sweated like hell day 2: lights up, if i cant have you, 10 min intense back, 10 min arms(this one) i loved this combination today day 3: rest day day 4: 15 min one direction, teeth, mother's daughter, 10 min cardio fat burn, 10 min sixpack for total beginners, 10 min standing abs: wow im dead. thats a killer combination day 5: 15 min one direction, lights up, rain on me, 10 min inner and outer tigh, 10 min booty burn at home, 10 min leg/butt/thigh: i love the one direction one, it's easy but still gets me sweaty so i did it again. now my legs are dead like they wont stop burning but it's so nice day 6: unfortunately i wasn't home all day so i had to do a rest day day 7: it's regular rest day, i thought that maybe i could do yesterday's one but it didn't fit in today either. day 8: rain on me, ritmo, 20 min full body for total beginners: it was even easier than last week day 9: lights up, if I cant have you, 10 min intense back: ngl i was so unmotivated today but i knew I'd feel bad if i didn't do my workouts.

Great simple short work out. Trying to ease myself into exercise and this helps as it does not put me off. 54 year old who has just put on 1.5 stone during the lock down and I feel like I have really let myself go and this is helping me crawl back to fitness. Thank you
Absolutely in my weekly rotation for arms. Such a good burn in a short amount of time with a manageable amount of weight. I tried bumping up to 10 pounds but that’s too much for me with this particular workout. I’m using 7.5 and it’s soooo perfect! Hey there! My friends and I do many of your workouts and think they are fantastic. We are 55 and older and some of us have a hard time going from a sitting position to a plank and back again. The one suggestion that we have is either to make some workouts where you do all the exercises on your back and then do all the plank type exercises. Also, maybe make the focus of some your workouts for people who are 55 and older but in decent shape. I personally am a runner, swam in college and exercise every day. We love your workouts and it has been great since the pandemic began to have something "safe" to look forward to. Some of us have even given up their gym memberships because your workouts are so good. Thanks for considering.

Loved this workout! Up until a few days ago I’ve been consistent in my workouts but then I hurt my foot. Due to quarantine, I felt this was definitely not a good time to take a break from working out, so I’m glad I found a good upper body workout to keep myself active. Used large shampoo and conditioner bottles and it definitely felt like I was using actual weights-I really feel it in my arms now

I know this is a somewhat specific/selfish request but I would LOVE if you could make a low impact workout without squats or lunges. I had surgery three years ago to remove a cancerous tumor in my knee so my range of motion is significantly limited and it is pretty difficult to find workouts. 😊
I really love doing her cardio workouts they are really good and you can feel the pain! But I've never tried her arms workouts (with dumbbells)... i wanna know if they burn fat of your arms (making them lean and slim) or make them only toned
