    I’ve had quite a week filled with a lot of meetings and a sick husband. That’s left me being the primary care person for our small child. It’s been hard for me to get in the workouts that I’ve wanted to however, you having shorter workouts allows me to at least get something in which makes me feel great. This is a good one!

    After post-COVID bronchitis kicked my ass even further my entire stamina and strength has dropped away. Today was my first day back and this was perfect. I’m so excited to get back to one hour of total body with weights but, for now, I’m so glad you keep making these shorter ones too!

    I loved all the hilarity at the beginning of this workout. You can't beat an uncontrollable episode of the giggles! 😂
    This one was also has the iconic line from Nastia about not knowing Jane Fonda, but knowing Chris Dorner! Love it!🎉

    I missed this one first time around. But lice good quick workout, wso. for a.m working out. used this as my cardio and I did a Mobility. Love no repeat but definitely got my heart rate up, no dance or choreography just WORK! lol
