    THE WORKOUT
    We will start with a quick 3 minute Warmup
    Each move will be performed for 1 minute with no repeats

    As a former instructor/trainer, I may get slammed for this but it's all good. Today, , with osteoarthritis in both knees and a possible rotator cuff tear, I did this class. I stayed on the beat, and did the best I could. Guess what else I did? ! I MODIFIED! So for anyone thinking there's some kind of shame tin modifying, no there isn't. The only shame is what you allow yourself to believe. Do your best, listen to your body, which is what I did today hence the modifications, and keep moving. Thanks Chris for an excellent workout!

      YOU ROCK DEBBIE!!!!!! Nope, never feel bad for modifying, it is better than sitting around and feeling bad for yourself. Movement is great as you know!!! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!!!!! I do have to admit I was worried what it was gonna say from that first sentence LOL!

    This TORCHING HIIT STEP was on FIRE!!! So so good. You know what I appreciate Chris? That I can build my strength at my own pace. Every time I start, move up in movement from modification, or weights I start out slow. I get my form down, then the pace automatically gets faster. As you have said "this isn't a race". Because of this, the strength I'm gaining is the real deal. Thank you.

    This exercise is great. I'm sweaty and tired, but super happy. My husband is also satisfied :) he says that my butt has never been firmer than since I've been working out with you. LOL :D

    Quick 30 min 300 calorie burn workout! Perfect for a busy Friday. Just a quick side note……I have lost 10 lbs with Weight Watchers and exercising with Chris and because I do strength workouts 1-2 times a week with Chris I am able to see some definition in my arms and my quads and calves. I wouldn’t be this consistent if it weren’t for you Chris and your motivation and variety of workouts. I know I am doing the work, but you are a key factor. Thank you! 😎💕💪🏻

    HIITs are my biggest challenge…but as an un-athletic, last one picked in gym class kid turned kick ass group ex instructor adult, I always embrace a good workout challenge because I know I can!! I think of what I overcame as well as my grade school gym teacher 🤬, and it fuels me. Great workout; thanks!

    Absolutely loved this Step HIIT workout! I was a bit worried when you said all the moves were 60 seconds, but it gave me time to really get the moves down and the whole workout flew by! These 30 minute cardio sessions are awesome! Thank you for starting my Friday morning off right.

    Whew, I just finished this challenging yet very doable workout. All levels can do it with or without a step. This would be a great cardio to do when traveling!! My caloric burn was 711!! Wow

    This one was really fun and a great change up. Easy to modify to accommodate my 'booted' foot. This has to be the #1 in my book related to Chris's routines.... Can modify up or down to make it work. Keep them coming!

    Great killer workout. Over the past 25 years I’ve done everything from weight training, kick boxing, spin, zoomba, 1/2 marathons, you name it. Worked out alone and in group Fitness classes and you are one of the best. Chris, you are amazing. You make me laugh, you inspire me to push harder and remind me to listen to my body. You are a great coach and fitness leader. Thank you for all your videos. This one really got my sweat on. Unfortunately the inch worm on the bench seemed to be the perfect invite for the puppy’s agility training. A 50 lb puppy crawling under me added a bit more of a challenge than I was prepared for. 😂

    I really liked this. Moves were long enough to commit to memory and the intensity was just right. Easily modified and you won't get bored. Also if you have trouble laying your hand flat for the last move, hang your finger over the edge of the step (if you have one) or roll up a towel

    Love!!! FYI during the slow lunge pulses with a kick my ❤rate was 148, and stayedthere during the next " football " run move ! Chris is 100 % right ! Big deliberate moves with large muscles means high rate!!! Max burn !!!

    Fantastic heart pumping workout. I didn't use any risers on my step and it was still challenging. HIIT is still a bit daunting to me but I can always work through 30 minutes with your fabulous encouragement!! Thanks, Chris!

    Slowly getting back to working out after a few healthy issues, I decided to do one of my favourite workouts, HIIT. This workout popped up and man did I enjoy this class!! Dripping with sweat and hardly breathing, I felt so good doing the whole 30minutes!!!!     This is great! I didn't get around to working out until after 7pm tonight. I very nearly talked myself out of it, thinking what's the point at this time of night. There was definitely a point to this 30 minute of heart peak pumping exercise !! Intense but short. I feel great. Thanks for this. You never ever regret a workout! Especially when they make you feel this good! Now I can eat dinner and relax 😂

    Super duper sweaty workout. At 65, I find I need to modify the moves partway through, but CD has been my go-to through COVID and after. Thank you !!
