    A little Sunday after Turkey day cardio. Made cinnamon rolls yesterday so felt sluggish but this helped get me going. TY for a great workout. Giving the rest of the cinnamon rolls to neighbors, haa haa. Anybody else love baking but only eating one?

    Great workout. I don't use risers with your faster intermediate/advance step workouts. But I used risers in this workout and it was a fab change. Thanks for giving us so many, varied workouts!

    I have no idea how the RUclips algorithm works but this was first up in my lineup this morning and it was the perfect start to a snowy and gloomy Monday! Basic to intermediate is so much fun and I used risers! 4500 steps and 300 calories torched and ready to start the day. Thanks for all you do, Chris!!❤❤❤

    Oooh I used 2 risers again and lost steam 28 minutes into it...I completed it just with not a lot of gusto 🤣
    I'm so happy about it because I know I gave it my all and now I've got a good marker to watch my further progress!!!
    I can't believe I'm motivated to use two risers lol

    A fun one and another I hadn’t ever tried. It was a good one for the brain too. I kept thinking the first move was like a sprinkler on the bench but that worked too. 😅. The Christmas tree goes up today so my already little workout space will shrink but I love to have the tree on when I workout and I bought a slim artificial tree to give me more space to workout.

    Loved this one! I noticed the timer and the graphics. Did you go back to the older videos and add these? I have to say thank you for not only keeping us in shape and with great laughs along the way, but making the investments you have made to create an even better platform.     New to this channel. Enjoyed it, but I get frustrated with “last time” that never ends. Consider holding off on saying last time until it is really the last time.
