Even if my moves aren't where they are now, to be doing my best to follow along is my goal. You're inspiring, so thank you for sharing your age- it's encouraging to see these comments.

My body responds so well with losing weight and toning with step! Thank you. I'm looking forward to refreshing my memory with some of the harder moves!!
Got home from a day of travel and needed to move my body...scrolled through some quick strep workouts and landed here. Perfect! I love the endless workouts to choose from. thanks Chris.
This was a good one for me. Good pace for this 62 year old!😊 I t still have my Jane Fonda step VHS tapes😁and still do them on occasion. Thank you! I love your workouts.
Chris , this video is my all-time favorite. I learned how to roller skate before I learned how to walk and this BPM is the best-tempo for us Jam/Shuffle skaters so it gives me such a nostalgic feel that I literally cannot even get myself to call it a ‘work-out’.
Hi Chris, 82-yo grandma here. I was doing your 45-min 125 bpm video and got off track for 2-3 months, with NO exercise. I’m back with strength training and this video is perfect on alternate days. I love the challenge of a faster pace and some new moves (up and over is my fave!). Thanks for making exercise fun!!! 💃

Jim & I have been sick & missed working out this week. This was the first attempt to exercise post virus. It was perfect! The slower bpm was needed & the cute curls & party arms had me smiling the entire time!
Love all your workouts, just bought a STEP for home. Was an avid stepper for 8 years then started tri's. But now I am back! 30-60 mins/day plus bike pickle ball and yoga and dog play! My perfect day! You have great energy, love to laugh with all of you!

Your enegry and passion can be felt through the screen! Getting back into Step after decades and found the movements easy to follow, but need some additional repetition to get them down cold. Plan to try more of your rotuines in the near future!
Still on "modified" workout. This 30 minute workout was just perfect! Perfect choreo, Perfect BPM and Perfect length. In 2 weeks I should be ready to attack the 1 hour class!

9/18/23 @ 8:45 am California time! I’m almost 61, but my brain is 25 and my body feels like it’s 80 sometimes. Thankfully, I let my 25-year-old brain outsmart my body and I keep working out! I know that’s what’s going to keep my body going!! Love all your workouts!

Stopped that video and found this one. I could’ve done half of the 60 min, but I do like the stretch at the end - I know, I’m the odd one 😂
