  • William Haggas has a smart one on his hands, as Dante winner Economics lands the Group 2 Prix Guillaume d'Ornano in good style at Deauville under Tom Marquand. Could he be a Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe contender?

The first horse that came to mind when I saw this performance was Peintre Celebre, not that Economics is anywhere near his level yet but the power and the way he gallops reminded me of the great horse and to my astonishment, upon checking his pedigree, he's actually a grandson of his! Amazing! 😁
