It's not absolutely necessary to remove the grille. I just find it makes it easier to get the headlights seated correctly. Plus my grille just pops right off. But yes, it can be done without removing the grille.
Absolutely. If you already have the grille bars and you want a set of these headlights, email support@sparksmith.com so we can make sure it's as simple as possible for you to install them.
Absolutely. You just need our DoubleShot harness (sparksmith.com/products/doubleshot-harness). Then the white strips will get power from the factory DRL and the parking lights.
We have 15 sets on the way. Hoping to have them in a few weeks. I reactivated the listing if you want to go ahead and make a purchase now and we'll get them shipped as soon as we get them in stock! sparksmith.com/products/03-07-silverado-full-led-projector-headlights
Those are a custom build from a few years ago. We're still looking for a good set of fog lights for these trucks. Just haven't found the right ones yet.
I bought them from z-offroad. And now that I'm noticing that when I break the driver side amber lights up brighter and I Swapped the polarity an still nothing
@@xxlancelowell they do appear to be a similar product. Not sure where Z-Offroad gets their lights or if they offer them with the clear reflectors. But we're the only ones that offer the animated startup version 😏
I’ve replaced mine twice and never had to pull the grille. Super fast and easy.

Those lights are sharp…definitely gonna order a set once I get my truck
Cant wait to order a set of these. Will look good with my grille bars.
The directions these lights come with are a JOKE. Thank you for this video. If only everyone could make things this simple.
We’re glad we could help. This stuff is our passion!
Damn that looks good!!.👌🏾👍🏾
How on earth did you get the L shaped lights on by themselves? and the low beams come on when switched to "auto" and "on." I have a 2004 silverado HD
We just used our DoubleShot harnesses. Easy plug & play installation: sparksmith.com/products/doubleshot-harness
Where did you buy that bowtie at? Been wanting a 454 ss bowtie look a like for my 05 Silverado
I bought it off eBay some years back. The red pinstripe was hand painted when I had the rest of the truck pinstriped.
So these will work along with the grille bars with no problems?
Absolutely. If you already have the grille bars and you want a set of these headlights, email support@sparksmith.com so we can make sure it's as simple as possible for you to install them.
I wanted to check these out for my truck, butt the link in the descrription doesn't work for me.
That's strange, maybe your ISP. Site's up as usual though; sparksmith.com
So how much does a set of these headlights run exactly? And does the set come complete with everything needed for the install?
Prices start at $485 and yes, they come with everything you need for an easy, plug & play installation.
is there any way that when you turn on your running lights just the white drl strip comes on? and doesnt only come on when your low beams are on?
Absolutely. You just need our DoubleShot harness (sparksmith.com/products/doubleshot-harness). Then the white strips will get power from the factory DRL and the parking lights.
@@Sparksmith wow! Thanks for the fast response. Thank you so much!
So these are just plug and play like the alpharex ones?
Yes, they come with a plug and play harness just like our grille bars!
What is the piece of metal used for that’s screwed into headlight bracket
That was a reinforcement I had to add for a previous set of lights. Not necessary for these new lights at all. I just hadn't bothered to remove it.
What do I need to do to get my drl to run with park lights
You just need our DoubleShot harness!

You don’t have to take the grill out to take the headlights off 😅
Nope, you sure don't. But it does make it easier and the grille just pops off. Personal preference I suppose.
Where can I get grille lights like that
Right here! sparksmith.com/products/chevrolet-silverado-drl-sequential-grille-bars?variant=39352347361469
Did you have to install resistors
Nope, they come built into the parking light assembly.
Where'd you get that grill?
I sourced it off eBay some years back. I think similar styles are still available out there, but I haven't looked for one in a while.
Where are the headlights at they aren’t on the website

Damn I want to know about your fog lights
Those are a custom build from a few years ago. We're still looking for a good set of fog lights for these trucks. Just haven't found the right ones yet.
Ahhh okay cool, thx for the reply.., and yes need someone to come out with some good full led ones
I have mine installed but it's making my right foglight turn on when I break any ideas why this is?
Something is definitely not hooked up correctly. Did you purchase them from us?
I bought them from z-offroad. And now that I'm noticing that when I break the driver side amber lights up brighter and I Swapped the polarity an still nothing
@@ragnarlinn6431 That's definitely odd. I'd contact Z-offroad and see what their customer service has to say.
Is z offroad selling your lights or are they their own? They are identical
