    Ingredients
    Red Jowar / Cholam - 1 cup
    Split Black grams (Urad Dal) - 1/4 cup
    Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Salt (as required)
    Nutritious Jowar / Cholam in combination with black gram and fenugreek seeds when soaked, ground and fermented forms a beautiful batter which is steamed in idli moulds to form delicious and healthy idli to be relished with spicy chutney or sambar.
