- In this video, the floor pans are finally being welded in. I'll show some modifications I had to do and talk a little about work hardening of metal.

Yours are the most informative videos I have watched. The rockers on my 55 needs the braces like you installed in another video. I was wondering what type of welder you are using and what do you have the argon set on(floating ball)? Good job and thanks for sharing.
I used a Lincoln welder. The gas only needs to be set at around 10-15 lbs. Thanks for watching

Did you have weld-thru primer under all your spot welds? I cannot get a good welds with weld-thru primer. I've tried Eastwood and SEM products. Another good video - thanks.
I used weld thru primer under all my welds. It could be you’re putting it on to heavy. I’m working on a video dealing with problems and solutions for weld thru primer. Thanks for watching

the painy on those pans is not good they will rot rite thru them fast they have to be painted
