Greetings from USA. Good to hear from someone from the old country. My great grandparents immigrated from Poland around 1900. Thanks for watching

@@autobodytrainingsolutions838 I`d like to use many of your workshop solutions when restoring my old cars Polonez 2000 replica (1979) and Polonez 1500 (1980). I`m watching your videos to learn how can I get the best results.

For those in the comments looking at this man here, I can tell you from one professional to an another that this is the guy to watch! There’s way too many crappy auto body technicians on RUclips teaching folks all kinds of wrong! Making sure to measure before during and after is a most valuable lesson.

Ha! Looks like you have some Walls coveralls that the crummy zipper had to be replaced on as well. Thanks for your channel.

Last summer I did the floor on my 63 Biscayne. After watching this video I'm glad I didn't screw up to bad. Two issues I was puzzled on were: 1. The cross brace touched the inner rocker at the top on both sides. It however had a 1/8 to 1/4 inch (ish) gap at the bottoms. I put in some spacer material and bent the cross member ears down and welded them. I had rebuilt much of the inner rockers and don't know what caused the fitment being the way it was. 2.Since my car has the X frame the floor cross brace/seat mount sit on the frame making it to high for the rocker. My body mounts are shot so I jacked up the body and put in some temporary spacers while installing the new brace. I had to start using a metric tape for my body measurements. I got tired of second guessing the difference between a 3/8 and a 7/32 etc. Thanks for another good video.

Probably the issue with the cross brace not fitting correctly is due to being an aftermarket part. They’re usually pretty close but not 100%. There was some variants in my parts so I just had to do some bending and adjusting. These old car’s weren’t built all that close also. You just make parts fit anyway you can. Thanks for watching

Can I ask why the owner didn't go for the floor, braces, and inner rockers all 1 piece? Seems a lot of man hours could be saved

Good question. It would have been a big time saver but the body wasn’t coming off the frame making it impossible to do it in 1 piece. Thanks for watching
