    Thickness
    1. Bent over row =3/4 sets
    2. Rack pulls= failure 3/4 sets
    3. Seated row= failure 3/4 sets
    4. Single arm row( dbl)= 3/4 sets
    Width
    1. Pullups (bar)= 3/4 2sec up+1sec dwn
    2. Overhead pulls= 3/4 sets (frm slow)
    3. Lats pull down= 3/4 sets

    I just subscribed to your channel after watching Toby Richards. He is an inspiration
    for me to start working out again. I remember how good I felt when I weight trained.
    It increases serotonin and endorphin levels and makes your bones stronger gives you
    more energy and you even sleep better. It also helps with depression and anxiety
    if you have those unfortunate problems. I will do what I can now and hope that my gym will
    open back up soon. Toby seems so nice and sincere and he is easy to watch. He lives
    what he teaches. Thank you for the videos of Toby and I look forward to more with him.
    I want to say I am sure Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II feels quite safe with
    Toby around.

      Praps videos I can only tell you what's worked for me and I can tell you that whole foods and fasting is what's been working great for me.
      The amount of protein, carbs and fat depends on each person.

    The problem is they don't give us all weekly routine, Why happens with the rest muscular groups (Shoulders, arms, chest, legs, etc.) How can we split this routines? Please, give us all total program.
