i like this jive foot/legs exercises so much. slowly I am doing it, although I have to hold the edge of my table with my both hands to help ease my knee pain while moving. I also set speed pace to .75. I love to dance and as mentioned before, I am 68 years old and over 200 lbs. Thank you so much. This jive workout is my starter. I know some basic steps of the latin dances and I can follow them but first I have to move my legs first. You inspire me to dance again.
I love doing these dance workouts. I can’t even find the right words to describe how much I love the way Amanda teaches. Jive has always been my favorite, and I love this routine, but it kicks my 76 year old behind. But, I will not let it defeat me😂. I keep forgetting that I am not a young spring chicken anymore. Thank you Amanda for these wonderful dance routines. ❣️
Amanda is very good professional teacher!I ‘m 62 years old.After 2 months of exercising I forgot all the ills in my body.You are very nice,very stimulating and fashionably person .Thank you very much❤️
