Rowan Is A HERO OF COMEDY Character of all time.
He's still on hiatus from acting.
I really like the old days where all agents secret weapons were in a disguise form. Like from Johnny English Reborn, where Johnny's digital camera actually shoots a long-range dart. And now, these agents no longer invent these stuffs. How analogue.

I'm honestly surprised at the negative reviews this film got. I saw it and howled the whole way through.
People have lost their senses of humour. This is on par with Blackadder.
it's a funny film, yes, but the plot is really bad compare to the other two
I don't think either ever lived up to the first. This just plays on the guy who likes old tech and his exploits involving modern stuff. I mean throwing an ipad to knock someone out? that whole VR thing where he just so happens to grab things corresponding to what he's seeing and cause a big mess? Or that nonsense with confusing his phone with the learner driver's? certainly lacking originality. I'd prefer more believable incompetence, such as the following the wrong hearse, or knocking Bough out in the original film, or some of the other absurdities, this just smacks of humour for humour's sake and amazing stuff for it's sake.
I agree the criticism for the lack of a pay off given the extensive set up with his grammar school students is perhaps unwarranted, but I'm sure you can understand someone seeing that as just a cheap joke that led nowhere?
Also it feels kinda like Johnny has completely regressed back to how he was in the first movie. In Reborn he was semi-competent whilst still being an idiot he would mess up and make mistakes but he could still be surprisingly badass at points like during the climax. In this movie he’s back to only being a foolish idiot with practically no skills outside of blind luck

In the Johnny English Trilogy, the first one was the best. The second one, however, I do not like, because it was way too fancy it broke its own theme/character.
This third one, I haven't seen it yet, but this 10 min review actually tells me that it will bring back the first's vibe. And I'm into it.

They used the background music from James Bond movies Skyfall and Spectre during the beginning of this movie 😮
There are quite a few differences in this preview compared to the full movie.
For example, using theme music from the first and second JE but also what seems to be a different script at 06:24 where Johnny walks out of the room before the pen grenade explodes. His colleagues say he looks like a lady's hair dresser, when in the full film they instead talk about the poor furnishing in the room.

The film’s score wasn’t finished, at the time when it was edited. They had to resort to temp music, as a blueprint for what the score is gonna sound like.

Yes, the intro music is the same in Bond's final fight with Silva in Skyfall and also Bond's fibal fight with Blofeld in Spectre.
