The chinese granny assassin is a classic; she's one of the most dangerous agents ever and I love how she kept on reappearing by turning from being a hardworking granny to literally murder multiple times after her first appearance in Hong Kong. And the misunderstanding was all because of that vacuum cleaner becoming a huge threat for Johnny and we all felt for him xD
Fun fact, they actually filmed in Macao but claim it's Hong Kong, I honestly dunno why they did that

It won't work. Mr Bean and Johnny English work because its oblivious protagonist is balanced out by a group of competent side characters. Having Rowan play basically the 2 almost same characters in 1 movie is gonna make the film stale really quickly
