Pregnancy Cardio Workout (1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester + Postpartum Safe)

  • Today we are doing a 25-Minute No Equipment Pregnancy Cardio Workout. Includes a warm up, pregnancy cardio, and pregnancy stretches. It's also postpartum safe and you can do the cardio section babywearing as it's all standing (your baby should be old enough to support their head). Start this as early as your first trimester and continue through third trimester! I hope you feel amazing after this pregnancy exercise class (Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).

    39+4 today and this is on my workout schedule for tonight. Jessica, I've been following your channel since I found out I'm pregnant and I'm pretty sure your videos are the reason why my pregnancy was so easy. No aches and pains, no swelling etc. It really kept me fit during this magical, but also demanding time. Thank you so much! I will be following your postpartum workouts, once my baby is here.

    Pregnant with baby #3 and I've done your videos for each of my pregnancies. Answer to your question: in my 1st trimester and my nausea for this baby is 24/7 and one of the few things that provide me relief is exercise. Your videos are a blessing, keep doing what you're doing 💪🏻

    love your channel! this is my second pregnancy doing your workouts. I had such an easy pregnancy and delivery last time (which is NOT what my family history suggested) and i swore it was because these workouts kept me fit and limber! I also did your postpartum workouts for the last year and a half. Now for round 2 and I'm keeping it up :) Thank you so much! Due for baby #2 in August.

    To answer your question at the end of the video:
    I'm in my second pregnancy at 25 weeks. My biggest struggle so far has been morning sickness and feeling TERRIBLE in the first trimester. (Since I started your workouts at around 18 weeks I've felt increasingly better.)
    What I will miss most from pregnancy is the feeling of my little guy kicking around on the inside. It's so fun! :)

    this has got to me my fav workout ! I love how it started with 15 min cardio and end up with a yummy 10 min stretch :) will definitely do this again! THANK YOUUUUU

    Amazing mood cardio ❤ at the moment 20 weeks, it's harmonically makes my pregnancy joyful, so much endorphins, i always like a "safe" jumping ( to feel my body and baby well).

    A great workout, thanks Jessica! The hardest part of my most recent pregnancies has been intense, constant nausea, and severe indigestion. Every I eat makes me feel increasingly sicker throughout the day 🤢

    Just started your workouts a few weeks ago and loving them! Wish I had started sooner for sure!! I’m in week 29 of my 5th pregnancy. pregnancy has always been pretty easy for me but I have very long hard labors so hoping your workouts and suggestions will help this time.     I enjoyed this video! thank you so much. I'm 25 weeks and I haven't been exercising consistently throughout, but I hope to do so through the rest of my pregnancy. i felt so out of breath from doing little and I hope doing these exercises will help me regain my strength and cardio fitness

    This work out is SO GOOD! I always get freaked out by birth after I had had a traumatizing one with my daughter. But I miss the baby stage ( even though I love all stages!) I miss the snuggling

    I’ve been doing your workouts since my first pregnancy, I’ve just jumped back from postpartum workouts with my 12 month old to pregnancy workouts with #3. So excited for new workouts, especially cardio. Highlight of my morning and it’s getting easier to drag my morning-sick body out at 5:15 to work out!

    Loving your workouts 6 days/week since 14 weeks pregnant! Now almost 35 weeks with baby #5. You asked about main pregnancy "complaint"--for me, increasing varicosities/spider veins/leg achiness (no swelling, just aches) with each pregnancy, and especially further along in pregnancy. Been taking Rutin and wearing compression hose every day, which helps. Favorite thing is feeling that baby move! Every day is such a gift. Thank you for your amazing workouts--I really appreciate them!

    35 weeks and I love this workout! I would say my biggest struggle in pregnancy is putting socks on... Honestly I never appreciated enough how easy it was before...

    It was an amazing workout, I'm in the second trimester and did all the moves but not the high kick as I felt my stomach besides the boxing I did it gently.
    But overall it was a great one, thank you.

    I have a question. My wife is pregnant and we went for the first doctor's appointment today.
    The doctor said that she shouldn't do ANY exercise until 12th week. No gym, no walking, nothing.
    However, they didn't say any other reason that, "it may cause miscarriage".
    My wife has always exercised and everything seems normal (other than estrogen level was a little bit low).
    Do you think the doctor is simply giving bad advice?

      Yes absolutely bad advice. Unless she’s high risk if she exercised before she can continue while pregnant. It’s extremely important to be active in pregnancy it makes it easier on the body to birth and recover.

      I myself was thinking that this is bad advice. But let me tell you I went to a Pilates class ( at5 weeks) and the next day I got spotting. So my doctor said to rest and prescribed me progesterone. There is something right in this advice and should not be taken lightly.

    40 and 6 days! I will miss being one with baby and the small kicks in the beginning, but definitely had a hard time being uncomfortable, prodromal labor, and painful stretch marks

    I loved this workout. I am 21weeks and have been doing your exercises since week 8.
    I don’t think I will be able to do some of the moves around 30+ weeks as my belly will get on the way but your other videos are great as well so i should be fine :)

    Loving these workouts x ive become fitter in the last week than i have been in years. Im now 16 weeks pregnant and benefitring so much from taking this bit of time to do something positive for me and my baby x p.s - does exercise help reduce your risk of developing preeclampsia..? As I screened high risk at my 12+6 weeks scan

      It does reduce your risk! It will also help reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and help labor go smoother, so keep at it!

    it's my third day of consistent exercise. officially 28 weeks and already feeling a bit stronger, even though I'm fighting fatigue I'm hoping I got this consistently! wishing everyone else on this journey with me the absolute best. we are all so strong! 🤍
