I think your workout helped a lot since I did it twice a day many times a week as well as long walks outside during my pregnancy. THANKSSSSS!

I was doing this exercise everyday with my first pregnancy. Now I am 20 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy and it feels so good to get back to this exercise. Harder to get energy to workout and take care of your body when you already have a baby to watch ! Will try as much as possible.
I'm 20 weeks pregnant with baby number 4. I'm 38 and I was doing yoga and zumba for a few years. This baby has sucked the life out of me. 😂 Trying to get back into working out. I'm just so tired. This wasn't excruciating. I think I'll try it.
I love your workouts! Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and I try to do some prenatal workouts every other day. During my first pregnancy I was afraid to doing everything. The result was that I lost a great part of my muscle mass, gained too much weight and it took me 1 year and a half to get rid of only 5 kg. This time I understood that even though I am pregnant I can do exercises. I hope to do it better this time.😊 Sorry my English may not be perfect.

@@emilywithers6919 I felt the same way. I was having terrible ‘all day’ sickness and certain smells would put me off eating for the entire day. Lived off fruit tea and babybelles for the first trimester. Then i woke up one day and just ate EVERYTHING I could get my hands on 🤣 I would see steak in adverts and my teeth would start chewing like it was eating the steak. I don’t even like steak. It gets better I promise x
Thank you!! I'm 14 weeks now, but I was having constant nausea. I had exercised a lot before pregnancy, so I didn't want to give it up on days where I felt bad. There were many days where I came back to this video because it made me feel like I was doing something productive, even when I was nauseous. Keep up the awesome work!

I don’t often comment however this workout was exactly what I was looking for! I’m 15 weeks and this was just enough to feel like I’m moving my body enough to feel good. I was previously doing yoga but I was spending half the time laying on my back! I’m so glad I’ve found a video where I can get the blood pumping and feel alive. Thank you!
Hi Jess! I’m 33 weeks and do this workout literally everyday! Sometimes it’s my only workout and I’m so glad I got it in, other days I do a lot more but starting with this gets all the right muscles activated and makes the rest of my day easier and I experience a LOT less pain from my sciatica and pubic bone. I am 15 weeks today, and also like many other ladies am finally starting to find the energy to start to exercise. I have always hated exercise because I always want instant results, but now I've got a baby to think about, I want to do it for not only the physical benefits but the mental too. I hate exercising but now that I’m pregnant I know it’s important. This was a simple group of exercises that kept me engaged and makes me actually not dread doing it daily. Great for people like me who are just looking for a nice way to try to get a quick easy workout in my busy day! Also I’m having terrible sciatic pain and this was gentle enough on my back.
Almost at 12 weeks now and finally feeling some energy coming back so this was an excellent first step back into a routine. I worked out almost every day before getting pregnant and until about the third week but then my energy dropped followed by morning sickness. So glad to be exercising again, so important for baby, as well as physical and mental wellbeing. So thank you for posting!
Thank you for this! I just entered 2nd trimester and I finally feel well enough to work out again. I still have limited energy, and this kicked my butt (pre pregnancy I would have had no issues), but I feel great!
I’m on my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never worked out during any of them. Having twins December 2021, and now due again May 2023, I’m going to add this to my daily routine in hopes it’ll help me not be as big as a house as well as eating healthy. Thank you!
Thank you!!! I was never a very fit person, and just a couple months before I got pregnant I started working out regularly and feeling really good. Then I got pregnant and was so sick and lazy for the first 15 weeks. I’m now 19 weeks and have been doing this regularly for a week now. Everyday. I can already notice the difference in y strength and flexibility from just a week ago. Like the first day I couldn’t do all the lunges, I did the easier stretch versions, now I can do the whole workout and can do the advanced versions of the stretches. I do it every morning and then again in the afternoon. Thank you so much!!!!!
I’m not usually one to comment but this was great, exactly what I was looking for to get my body moving a bit without a lot of or any impact! I’m 21 weeks and have been basically bed ridden this entire pregnancy. I’ve lost over 16lbs and all muscle and strength I ever had. I can hardly pick up my 12lb cats lol. This was great to help me feel a little more like myself because I’m still sick most days! Thank you!

Ive been drowning in low mood and exhaustion this pregnancy decided today I should try working out, currently 22 weeks and ghis was HARD for me 😅 will try to keep doing daily and update
I do 40-50 min. Workouts 4x a week. I'm a regular at the gym but 1st trimester always hits me hard. I'm back now! Feels wonderful and can feel my muscle strength returning. Actually looking for an accountability partner!

Love these short workouts especially having a toddler the only time I get to workout is at 8 pm and I’m too tired for longer sessions, thank you everything about this workout felt good!!
I’m 1.5 years into my gym life journey to gain muscle mass and just found out I’m pregnant. I know eventually I’ll have to tell my trainer but I was so unaware I could do all this while pregnant. This is definitely settling to know as I don’t want to loose all my progress in the muscle I’ve finally gained.
I'm definitely going to do this as I have not been motivated to go to the gym this pregnancy. I know I need to work out as i was an avid gym goer before getting pregnant.
Please do more of 15 minutes videos. It works best for me. I get tired with longer ones but I enjoy combining 4 or 5 15 minutes videos a day. You are really doing a great job. I am 20 weeks now and enjoy all your workouts. My baby do kick after exercising 😂

I'm currently 27 weeks too. I uses to workout 3x/wk but stopped when I got pregnant. It's past 11pm, I couldn't sleep due to indigestion and discomfort so I searched pregnancy workout and picked this one. I burped a lot while doing it so I guess I won't be suffering gas problems tonight 🙃. I need to resume my frequent workouts
Loving this workout. Im close to 30 weeks now, i kept running until about 5 months and I have been walking loads just to keep it all up. This is a great intense short workout and I will keep doing it for the remainder of my pregnancy 😊

Thank this made me sweat but did not hurt . I tried someone else prenatal videos and it was so intense I had to stop after a couple mins because of round ligament pain. This is perfect for pregnancy. I am 23 weeks and have only been walking for exercise so my muscles are not built up. You know exactly what you are doing!!!
Loved it. 27 weeks today and I've been slacking. I used to workout often just before pregnancy but lost motivation bc from week 1-18 I was super sluggish and threw up all the time. After 4 months off it was hard to find my mojo again but this was SO low impact but SO SO SO effective. Thanks so much for this💗 gonna do another one tomorrow(:

They're not too harsh so i feel safe ❤ Maybe a little suggestion, please do the sequences in orders, maybe do all the standing exercises first then move in to floor exercises? I think it's going to be much easier, especially for older pregnancy weeks Thank you for making great videos!

When you get nauseated try eating something with protein.

19 weeks pregnant and my weight is the same before the pregnancy(66kg) .. I workout every once in a while and breastfeeding 19 months baby❤️

Love these short workouts especially having a toddler the only time I get to workout is at 8 pm and I’m too tired for longer sessions, thank you everything about this workout felt good!!
I’m 1.5 years into my gym life journey to gain muscle mass and just found out I’m pregnant. I know eventually I’ll have to tell my trainer but I was so unaware I could do all this while pregnant. This is definitely settling to know as I don’t want to loose all my progress in the muscle I’ve finally gained.
This has been so good for me to get back into routine without feeling overwhelmed. Thank you!

I'm definitely going to do this as I have not been motivated to go to the gym this pregnancy. I know I need to work out as i was an avid gym goer before getting pregnant.
Please do more of 15 minutes videos. It works best for me. I get tired with longer ones but I enjoy combining 4 or 5 15 minutes videos a day. You are really doing a great job. I am 20 weeks now and enjoy all your workouts. My baby do kick after exercising 😂
I was afraid to do any sort of cardio but now in my 2nd trimester I thought I’d give it a try. This was a great way to ease into it!

I am 27 weeks with my first and have not worked out at all (I know 😅) This was easy enough to ease myself into working out with my big belly, and I appreciate you having a warm up and cool down included, as well as variations for different skill levels. Will definitely be watching more of your videos, but for now, I have to shower!
I'm currently 27 weeks too. I uses to workout 3x/wk but stopped when I got pregnant. It's past 11pm, I couldn't sleep due to indigestion and discomfort so I searched pregnancy workout and picked this one. I burped a lot while doing it so I guess I won't be suffering gas problems tonight 🙃. I need to resume my frequent workouts
Loving this workout. Im close to 30 weeks now, i kept running until about 5 months and I have been walking loads just to keep it all up. This is a great intense short workout and I will keep doing it for the remainder of my pregnancy 😊

Thank this made me sweat but did not hurt . I tried someone else prenatal videos and it was so intense I had to stop after a couple mins because of round ligament pain. This is perfect for pregnancy. I am 23 weeks and have only been walking for exercise so my muscles are not built up. You know exactly what you are doing!!!
I’m in my first trimester and let me tell you I felt like I did a whole hour exercise you sure worked me and I love it

Loved it. 27 weeks today and I've been slacking. I used to workout often just before pregnancy but lost motivation bc from week 1-18 I was super sluggish and threw up all the time. After 4 months off it was hard to find my mojo again but this was SO low impact but SO SO SO effective. Thanks so much for this💗 gonna do another one tomorrow(:

This was an excellent workout. I’ve been sick for most of my pregnancy but I’m getting better and happy to say I’m working out again.
I am 17 weeks and did this one tonight, really got me warmed up, I didn't work out in a few months. Hope to get into a routine of 15-30 min of exercises a day to keep myself more fit during pregnancy

I really enjoy your workout videos. They're not too harsh so i feel safe ❤ Maybe a little suggestion, please do the sequences in orders, maybe do all the standing exercises first then move in to floor exercises? I think it's going to be much easier, especially for older pregnancy weeks
