Squeezing this in at 40+1. Had no major aches and pains during this pregnancy and have been able to maintain my health and fitness thanks to you! Now let's hope the little one gets a wriggle on!
I absolutely love your workouts! I’m 27 weeks with my first pregnancy, and I had so many worries about my health when I became pregnant. Your workout videos I think truly have helped me make this first pregnancy comfortable, and so far, so smooth! Thank you!
@@akshitaaggarwal8531 I think I started when I was around 18-19 weeks. My energy was very low, so I definitely took it slow by doing shorter vids or stopping early in a video. At the beginning, 12 minutes made me crash quite hard 😅But I’m really happy with my progress and where I’m at now. I don’t have much trouble keeping up and I do my workouts routinely. Just entered week 28, home stretch now! 😁
@@kristeen8120 wow.. that’s amazing. Congratulations momma! I am in 18th week and feeling pretty good. Although it’s quite overwhelming to see the body changing rapidly
Thank you for ALL your videos (your entire content channel)!! First time being pregnant (22 weeks) and I am so grateful to have found you on RUclips. Thank you for putting your resources out for those of us who need it most. I have recently been suffering from MAJOR back pain and your workout videos and back stretch video has helped kept me healthy, strong, and have power over my pain. Can’t thank you enough!! Please continue to do what you do. Blessings to you. 🙏🏼❤️❤️
Oh I’m so happy you find the videos helpful! It’s my passion to share :) Congratulations on your pregnancy! Blessings to you and your sweet baby also ❤️🙏✨
34 weeks today and feeling strong, fit and healthy in large part to practising these workouts throughout my pregnancy! I feel like keeping myself well must have a positive impact on my baby too :) Thank you so much for your channel Jessica, it is so greatly appreciated!
I just want you to know how much I appreciate your workouts. I found you during my last pregnancy and have been consistent with this one and wow, what a difference. 🙏
26 weeks pregnant and I’m slowly going through this series a second time, I don’t manage it every day but this workout series helps me to work out a few times a week and I’m so grateful!!! So helpful not to have to think about anything just follow along with each video, thanks so much!
Thank you so much for these workouts. I am 11 weeks postpartum and they have been so helpful in building my fitness confidence. I love that I can slowly get back into it while still feeling strong and able to keep pace. I have even mixed in some advanced moves which feels awesome.
Thank you for these workouts! I'm 27 weeks with baby #10 and although I've always great labors, I attribute it to staying in shape during pregnancy, so thank you for motivating me to do! Really enjoying the other labor and delivery videos as well, you can always learn something new and have more tricks in your bag to try during labor.
Thanks for your content Jessica! Your videos were so helpful during my first pregnancy and postpartum recovery during the summer + fall of 2021. I am now in my 3rd trimester with our 2nd baby and love that I can still find great workouts on your site! Sending love and light and gratitude
Thank you so much for your work, what a great workout and thank you so much for all the additional information. Before I got pregnant I was into HIIT and lifting heavy weights, but I am a bit conscious of continuing doing so, but your workout made me sweat . thank you !
You have changed my pregnancy life lol, I love these videos. Practicing your pelvic floor excersise has allowed me more control at work 😂 and home. I have less sciatica pain. When we say you are a help to giving woman freedom we mean it. Modern medicine doesnt help enough. These videos are informative and wonderful for woman. 😊
Fantastic 👍 I used to love working out and being active but pregnancy has thrown a wrench in that. I'm half way through 2nd trimester and your videos have helped so much!! (Especially with this time of year, flu season, and avoiding the gym)
I love how you are bringing my strength back. Just entered the 29th week and am feeling strong. Couldn't do the side leg lift with the chair, though 20:35. Feeling my tummy and booty too heavy now. Anyways, hope I will be completely ready in 11 weeks for the labor 💪 Thank you!
Thank you so much! 35+4 weeks and this was excellent, I was really struggling with the leg raising under the chair, so glad no one was around to see me flailing 😂 gonna have to keep trying that move! Thank you x
I really loved this workout but currently 29 weeks with twins and could have used a tiny bit more time with transitions, especially on the chair! I’m following your January workout challenge and it’s been so great keeping the aches and pains away as much as possible
For me that was more a second trimester workout. Had so much lightening crotch and pelvic pain 😢 second pregnancy has been harder this time around. Thank you for all the workouts you post. I’ll keep it up ❤
Second pregnancy week 30. I started working out with you in week 17 when I found one of your yoga videos and then did the 7 day challenge. I modified the chair exercises using a birth ball or the floor and I used 10 lb dumbbells. Looking forward to day 6 tomorrow!
Week 24 of my second pregnancy--it feels so good to be able to do this! I lost a lot of mobility with my first pregnancy, so I'm stoked to see the rewards of diligent exercise this time around. Hoping to work out all the way to 40 weeks! Thanks, Jessica!
Thanks for all you videos I love them a lot they are my favourites! Just some questions about the plank and push ups in this video, is there any risk to lead to abdominal separation? My physio told me to not do any push up.
Thank you so much for your all vidios. I really love training with you. But i have a question. how many kilos of dumbbells can I lift during this or similar training. I`m 17 weeks and felling very great. My doctor give me the green light for exercise. I was active, before pregnancy.
Hey Jessica thank you for the amazing videos. I just want to ask.. what" hugging your baby in" means .. sorry but I'm not understanding how to do that.. I'm confused..
Replying for her! :) It means to engage your core, like you would during exercise before being pregnant. If you haven't had experience with that, it simply means to tighten your ab muscles so your belly isn't hanging loosely. For moves where you're on hands and knees or in a squat, this includes not allowing your back to arch inward with your tailbone pointing out - Instead, you want to round in your lower back and make it more straight like a tabletop. She calls it "hugging your baby in" because it'll be squeezing him/her snuggly inward. Hope this helps!
Doing this with 32 weeks and a 2 yo hoping on me every time there’s something we do on the floor 😂😂 really challenging those 25 extra pounds 🙈 but feeling really strong and better mood wise cause this hormones had me kind of sad and angry during second trimester

My favourite of all! Pleaaaaase make more Strength work outs 💪🤗
loved this workout. I’m only 20 weeks but couldn’t keep up with the exercise when lying on the side and exercising inner thighs. Thank you !

20 weeks with my second pregnancy! I didn't use a chair, and used 10lb dumbbells, and it was TOUGH. I wasn't prepared for the cardio warmup 😅

I love all your videos but prefer the ones without a chair. ❤❤❤
You say we re supposed to exhale when pulling up our blueberry?? I felt like doing it the other way round. Could you explain that?

Kudos to all who did the side laying chair move! That was not happening for me 😂
I can't seem to find Day 4 of the challenge, has it been taken off ? Thanks !
The chair one is extremely hard lol... don't have any inner thigh muscles
Please link your yoga mat- it looks nice and thick!
Knees hurt during lunges :( otherwise it's great!
Losing weight can be a tough battle unless you are willing to cut down unhealthy food and simple exercise.
Thank you ❤
