I love my Philodendron Polypodioides. It grows so much better than my Tortum. If I had to choose the Poly would definitely be it. I have mine in a Rousseau pole and she’s thriving. I’m planning to chop her soon and am going to double her up on the pole.

Polypodiodes is one of my favorite philos. It grows just as well as the tortum but it's more whispy. It's fantastic. Grows well in my low humidity environment too.

I’ve learned my lesson not holding out for the right specimen for sure. My pink princess I purchased in the middle of winter and it’s so tiny, but now I see bigger, more verigated ones at the grocery 🙃

Fern I’ve been waiting for you to get more into orchids! I went from aroid obsession to hoya and now to orchids.
So pleased you have the Philodendron Patriciae ! It was on my wish list for so long but was so pricey. I managed to snag one last month on Facebook for £15 plus p+p as they said it was in need of rehab. Roots healthy and one gorgeous leaf with a new leaf just hardening off. It’s so pretty 😂❤

I will def be watching your tips and tricks for that patriciae! I ordered one from Ecuagenera and I had it for 6 months and it didn't do literally anything........at all........not a single thing. Didn't grow roots, didn't grow leaves. It didn't die, it just didn't grow. I got frustrated and when I got sick and missed watering it and it started to die, I just let it, lol. But it's such a beautiful plant, I decided I wanted to try again but with a hopefully different (and better?) specimen. So I've ordered another one. I really do like it and I want to succeed. So I'll be watching you, lol. I dunno if Ecuagenera USA or Ecuagenera like..Ecuador ships to Canada? But that's where I've been able to find some plants I've not been able to find elsewhere.

My first ever Monstera Albo (well, both of them I got the same day, but the first one I got a couple of hours before the second was so bad, roots rotted, variegation was just one or two little freckles and that's it...) the second one, I won at an auction for a lot less money, and omg... That specimen... Beautiful variegation, beautiful stem, it grows like crazy... Just a wholesome plant. 💚🤍

Hey fern..question about ur epipremnum marble albo, have y got any care tips for her? Urs is beautiful and mine is so tiny and won't grow and I've tried so many different places for her but she looks kind of scorched and unhappy 😐 ❤
