I do the following 3 times a week: 10 close grip push-ups 10 zombie squats 10 box jumps 20 sec. elbow plank 1 min. break, repeat 2 more times, 30 sec. break, then skater bounds 6/side Is this ok to do all off-season or am I doing something wrong? (Also I'm a youth player)
Hey! Doing that would help, but you would be better off switching up your workouts throughout the off-season and getting on a professionally designed program. These are various drills to give you insight on what you can include in your programming, and not a workout itself. How long and/or how many sets/reps you do of any of these depends on which phase of programming you're in.
Hey Daniela, the Youth hockey program is a complete program so I wouldn't add anything on top of it. The speed work is backloaded towards the second half of the off-season so we don't burn them out and ensure they are faster and powerful all hockey season long!
Running (tempo runs) are aerobic conditioning, so one tempo run a week would be enough running along with your other training that will work the aerobic system
These are drills, not a workout. The amount of sets/reps you would perform would be completely dependent upon what phase of training you were currently in and what the goal of the workout was 👍

How many of the exercises do you do in a workout? How many sets of those also?
It ranges depending on the workout. Generally like 5-8 exercises and 3-4 sets would be a typical workout.

while doing aerobic and anaerobic conditioning along with speed every week is it beneficial to run as well or is it not needed?

30 seconds per or what are the recommended times for each,?
For speed workouts, we would be doing anywhere from 1-6 jumps in most cases. We want to be explosive for every rep (unlike a conditioning workout).

You wouldn't want to do all drills in one session. And just 1-2 speed sessions per week max is recommended!
