I played Junior with Kyle and I must say he was one of the kindest and most down to earth people I have ever met. I am glad I found these videos whilst trying to get back in shape for post-competitive hockey.

As a defender who is 210lbs 6’5” in U18 div 1 Sweden with the empasis on a technical & skilful game started going these and about 2 weeks doing this 4 times a week with other exercises on roller blades it really helped me catch up for the two or three times I misread the offensive play and fell behind the attacker, caught up to them. It helps

Love the vids! Keep them coming. I would like to politely suggest a few things: a) speak a little slower (ie. what was the first line of the vid?); b) Make sure each exercise has demonstration + explanation (seems like it is only explanation atm, would love to see a full-on or continuous example of the exercise after or before the explanation, helps me visualize what to do) ; c) add some text at each exercise (name and maybe exercise #), helps me remember which one I want to do, if I want to mix it up or go back to it. Just some feedback. But all in all great informative and challenging vids.

You have anything for ankle rehab for pain at mid foot that is cause with movement of toes moving upwards towards shin? I thought I rolled it due to twice daily skates for a week straight when first starting. Also best exercise to strengthen it?

Can we do this workout in-season ?

Yes! You gotta stay committed to getting better year round - the players who focus on development in the off-season and then maintenance mode in-season are falling behind!
