I know the heads all on and everything just a tip for when your removing heads to rehone or bore blocks.
The head locating dowels tap a thread into them it makes removing and refitting them so much easier

The crank sensor wiring should be routed between the block and the power steering pump. I ran into this issue before, power steering pump will need to be loosened to be able to route the wiring.
I’m amazed at the box of bolts and everything how you remember where everything went.
Glad you went back through and double checked the tension and tensioner. I made that mistake on my first Talon and lets just say it made some weird noises a few months later during a hard pull lol.

For the timing cover you can also sandblast it and then clear it....longer and more costly process but it'll last longer

Bader had this EXACT issue on his evo build he was doing several months back. Completely destroyed the pump because he torqued it too tight. Can't remember exactly what upload it was, but I distinctly remember him having this same issue.

Just curious on this one but is there a reason you run stock intake manifolds and throttle bodies? I’m sure there are a ton of company’s that make better than stock ones and you’d prob see decent gains. With all the other performance stuff it would make sense to let that thing breathe better
