I also would like to change the layout on my screen. I see that yours displays all information at the bottom, mine on the other hand is in the middle of it, which bores me a lot. The weather is not live, but the frequency of the rain can be changed. There are many weather mods available on the Steam Workshop which I would recommend. The custom interface is courtesy of Minimal HUD, also on the Steam Workshop.
