Ah yes, the story of Ren & Sam meeting is quite unique, where Sam is singing by himself on the street with no mic or amp, Ren rocks by and stops, offers him the use of his gear, helps him set up. Thus the Ren & Sam Tompkins duo is born. Fast forward to 2023, Ren is where he is in all our hearts, Sam has recently appeared live with Justin Bieber. I want banana bread !

Ren is off the scale in the first one and full respect to Romain, Glenn and Goran. Sam is always great. I hope more than anything when Ren is fully fit they do a reunion gig, it would be the best ever as their bond is so visibly strong. Great choice and brilliant reaction. Also big congrats for 5K.

Hey, so glad you found these two super busking tunes, Roni. The first is so bluesy and gives everyone in The Big Push, room to shine, Ren's bass guitaring, the seamless blending of the songs. Then Sam's singing. Yes, you feel part of the crowd, how cool would it have been to witness this! In a similar cool vibe is their cover of Roadhouse Blues, worth a listen!

Love banana nut bread. If you ever have the chance to try Amish friendship bread do not pass up the opportunity. OMG almost drooling thinking about it. After one bite you will be eyeing it like Ren on back in 74 track (great reaction by the way). It's that good. Homemade except no imitations.... But be prepared to wait if you make it yourself because it literally takes over a week to make it... But oh so worth the wait.... *Wiping the drool from my chin.

My nf friend! Ahhh….. loved that you got to this one!! I gotta say personally, this is my favorite performance by Ren. He just shows soooo much depth and details what kind of artist he really is. Which is to me an all around can’t put me in a box artist!! So in to his guitar playing while Sam sings, his version of man’s world was my favorite version of any male version, Sorry but if you ever react to Angelina’s 12 year old live version you’ll understand why I put him at 2! And his beat boxing, I left this video asking what can’t he do? Anyway…. My favorite part of the whole video is if you take a look back at the first song after the camera settles down from whatever it had going on….. and look and see 2 little boys just sitting nearly on their equipment their so close, I think that’s the next Ren and Sam every time I watch it 😍

You gotta just like anything Ren is involved in, first song very good but I prefer Muse’s version, just sayin nothing taken from their performance! Second song was dope, loved it - yeah that’s what a Telecaster sounds like, they’re great - I’m building one myself at the moment! As standard they’re not the most comfortable to play, that’s why I’m building my own so I can sort it out!
