I stumbled upon Ren Gill and also The Big Push just recently and am blown away by them. At age 64 I'm learning so much about my own musicianship from these guys.

I love this performance, they all shine through and are so talented. You were right when you said no one sounds like Ren, I think his vocals on this are just out of this world amazing. I've lived in Brighton all my life and proud to be a Brightonian. Ren is reps my home town like a boss. He's just one of many talented performers to come from the city, we're known for it and I could reel off a list of mega talented musicians but Ren may be the most unique individual of them all! So so talented, my god.
You need to look up Ren's story (first singer), it's really phenomenal. The guy has lived through some heath issue hell. "The Ren" just released 12/15/22 is really a piece of pure creativity and genius.

Ren & Sam Tompkins first caught my eye back in 2018 with their original live version of their song Blind Eyed. Listened to it 6 times in a row, and have remained a loyal fan of everything Ren has done since that day. The Big Push is phenomenal, as you can clearly see. You can't go wrong with any performance they've put out there, and I so hope to see them live here in the States one day (obviously, they put on a helluva show). But I still go back to Blind Eyed, most of all.
