I wonder why non of the doctors I see know these things. Or they know but they don’t care ?

Are we at a higher risk if we contract the covid-19 virus?

Krista, I'm not sure if I understand your question. Are you asking if you are at a greater risk of developing thyroid autoimmunity if you contract the covid-19 virus? If so the honest answer is "we don't know" since it's a fairly new virus. I did briefly discuss this in the following blog post:
      www.naturalendocrinesolutions.com/what-you-need-to-know-about-coronavirus-and-thyroid-health/

@@UnderstandYourTests I also love all of your videos, let me start by saying that this time around. What I'm asking basically I guess is, if we have Graves disease, or hashimotos (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism) whether we're within range or we are not, are we at a higher risk of getting more ill if we contract covid-19? I also read your blog from the link you posted here, and I've seen other doctors post contradictions with elderberry. In regards to our immune diseases, are we going to be more susceptible to getting more ill than the average healthy person? Immunity wise? Sorry, I'm getting a bit worried myself. I've been eating according to your suggestions for almost a year now. I'm hoping I have placed myself into a decent state if health, but I've had RAI and my levels still are hyper without taking methimazole (I'm onna low dose of 5mgs a day) haven't had any new bloodwork. Sorry, I'm rambling now. :(

Not helpful at all. Basically no information how to actually decrease them. You should take that part (how to decrease them) out of the description in your title

Thank you for your comment. I admittedly didn't spend much time talking about lowering thyroid antibodies, as I've trying to create some shorter videos lately, and perhaps will create a separate video in the future where I talk about lowering thyroid antibodies in greater detail. In the meantime, I'm hoping you'll find this blog post I wrote to be helpful:
