Because of Dr Berg I eat raw cabbage daily, I drink green tea, I don't eat sweets nor drink them. I am gradually pushing away refined grains and consuming more conciferous greens. He also led me to try intermittent fasting. I am becoming a brand new man at 55. Thank you Dr Berg for all you do for us
Slice up a red cabbage along with a big red onion, throw in a dressing made from natural greek yoghurt with salt pepper an some lemon juice. Welcome to the best slaw of your life.
I read that the DTP vaccine given to infants can lead to eczema. My daughter born in 2004 had terrible severe eczema as a newborn thought the first 2 years of her life. Well I blame our corrupt medical community for pushing these vaccines on babies only a few months old. It turns out all the well-baby visits are really just 💉 visits. Shame on you MD’s.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis in June and they said it would have never reversed because my TSH was sooo high. I prayed over my thyroid and began eating protein (fish like salmon & seabass, eggs, turkey, chicken) and green veggies like zucchini, spinach, broccoli in November. I went back a few weeks ago and it isn't Hashimoto anymore and it's completely reversing. Of course I also saturated it in prayer
@@atulyasingh9371 My TSH was at 34,00 and it should have been between 0,35- 4,94. I saw 2 endocrinologists who both told me it was not going to reverse with levels that high. One of them is very famous in Italy
my TSH was at 34 and the max it should have been at was 4 - idk if the way you measure it changes from country to country. But 2 endocrinologists said it was soo high and with TSH levels like that it never reverses
Thank u for this I was diagnosed with Lupus 6 days ago I'm 28 years old I'm starting to eat better since I found out I don't know why I get nervous attacks but this is a new life I thank God for he will heal my body with the foods we are meant to eat ❤ my name is Jessica
Hi Jessica, my name is kylie , I have Lupus because of my anti seizure medication which I’m trying to get off , can I ask you what type is your lupus ? My lupus is only on the skin not in the cells and it is only on y scalp which has resulted in massive hair loss and massive pain. I’ve been following Dr Berg for one year and doing ketosis for one year and lost 20 kilos however I really thought ketosis would help with the scalp inflammation
@kyliejacobs6817 hi Kylie! I'm sorry u are going through this I'll include u in my prayers ♡. I don't know yet the specialist hasn't call me yet my doctor just said to me 4 days ago "oh I don't think you have lupus I think you have Hashimoto disease but I would be sure until you go to a specialist ".. So they made a referral but I haven't received a call yet.
I have studied few medical and medical fields. I have a deeper knowledge of biochemistry microbiology, medical specialties and physiology. However, physicians have less breadth knowledge especially in nutrition and old traditional medicine, though there is trend to study those. Dr. Berg provides a breath and fresh, easy to understand and educative on many subjects to many people who are disabused by the modern, over specialized practitioners. For that, we owe him a great appreciation. In my opinion his contribution ( and others) should be recognized by the Health department, perhaps even more than that. I know the politics of the medical field resist that, but the. Wellbeing of the people is much more important than exclusivity. Well done Dr. Berg!
Your knowledge needs to be taught to all Drs, nutritionists, and to all students in medical school. It should also be taught in ALL HEALTH CLASSES IN OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM!
Ive had MS for 10 years now as of January 2. Im trying to eat what im supposed to. I have very bad inflammation which my doc just says the dame thing every time i go in to see him. An orthopedic doctor put me on a med for inflammation. Its helping. Thank you for this information. Ill be using it to better myself!
I have been suffering with Celiac Disease since birth. I wasn't diagnosed until I was in my 40's. It was a challenge at first to adjust my diet. I was able to get my hands on a book called Wheat Free Worry Free by Danna Korn. It has helped me but eventually I learned that I have to avoid all grains. Thank you Dr. Eric Berg for helping us to understand how to enjoy better health ♥️
THANK YOU DOCTOR!!!! I suck up all your leaky gut videos like a bone dry sponge in the desert being dropped in a bucket of water! I know it's going to put me on the right track, as many of your videos did and do in the past! Not only that, but I told my doctor I was going to stop all my prescriptions and I did while following your many leads, and now my blood work looks like it's from a different and healthy person! When people ask me what I did to get this way, I just send them to your home RUclips page. That would do much better than a billion words from me! Thank you again!!! Oh! By the way, one of the prescriptions I stopped taking was a statin! A CT scan showed gallstones I never had before! So I followed the information in the "get rid of gallstones" video and IT WORKED!!! My poop is back to the right color and there are no more gallstones! (I also used your gallbladder helper supplement). I could go on and on all day explaining all the health problems you solved for me! AGAIN! THANK YOU DOCTOR!!!! My doctors were just making more health problems! (I'm going to go eat some sauerkraut for my rheumatoid arthritis. And make a shopping list off this video. That's been the toughest health woe for me)! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Sir I am from Pakistan and neutrtionist and doctors here are a real fan of yours. I am trying a new thing in my diet and that is fermenting Whole wheat flour with Kefir's Whey and then after first fermentation I just mix new flour with a little bit of previous one to make more. I used Kefir for my leaky gut and then I got relief but then I got SIBO because of over using Kefir, then I started using Apple Cider and I got better with it and last I started using Bone broth and beef soup to heal my damaged stomach and intestines and they worked just in 2 days I was surprised. Now I am trying this sour bread made with kefir's Whey and after eating it I noticed that I don't feel hungry for 10 hours straight. I just eat one sweet orange in between after calesthenic workout and that's it. And i don't feel tired at all and I have a lot of energy during workout as well but I started having a lot of gas just like when I started using Kefir Milk 1 year ago. i don't use it now because its winter and i don't need probiotics now. What do you think is the reason? is it because I am feeding my good bacteria and its just temporary or should I stop eating sour bread made with Kefir Whey?
Finally I realized that the sugar and carbs create pain for me because of my nerve disorder. Immune systems attacking my nerves, horrid, but now I have less pain, but I’ve been like this for many years. Wish I would have done this years ago. I wonder if I can build up my muscles back again. I’m 72 so it’s gonna be difficult. Doctors should know these things. Thanks Dr. Berg.
Can we appreciate how Dr. Berg keeps looking better and better? If we take a look at videos from just a year ago, you can see the difference his health/diet modifications have made. Inspiration for us to keep improving our lifestyles. I lost 30lbs but still need to reduce sugars because once a week I have a slice of cake and I'd like to eliminate the unnecessary sugars completely. Thanks for the videos, Dr. Berg!
I eat a small-sized butter cookie a day haha still a work in progress but keeping at IF and healthy keto until I no longer reach for one butter cookie a day haha!

Your a good person, my whole family don't help me and all my so called friends have long gone. I am alone with my autoimmune disease. Blessings to you and your friend I hope they are better or getting better 🙏🏼
Thank you so much sir...I've had gut issues for more than a decade but since I started following your health advice ,I've been feeling a while lot better
Hey dr Berg, I've been following your guidelines and advice and lost 10 pounds in 8 days :) I've been doing omad for 3 days and feel awake, alert, and alive! I am diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and bipolar disorder, aside from (currently) weighing 233 pounds. may (i was 244) you keep helping people out there with your knowledge.
I was just diagnosed with Lichen Planus, I've got it all over my legs, tummy, back thighs and chest. I cut out sugar completely for 2 weeks now, no more takeouts and upping on my water and sunlight.
Thanks Dr. Berg for this very valuable information. I love your daily videos. I don’t think I’d be alive now had I of not found you. I’ve been doing keto about 6 years now and it truly has changed my life thanks to you. You are a true blessing to many of us. I thank God for providing you and your great information in my life. I thank both you and your wife for all that you do for us. You are the Best. I tell everyone I know about you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Legend the last few pieces i needed to reverse 10 years of crohns disease damage hope im not too late almost died twice in the last 2years...Thankyou Dr.Berg this ties everything in after years of my own research...this is going to be life changing
I remember when my daughter was really sick and spent a week in McMaster Hospital, Hamilton, Ontario. Five different doctors assessing her. At the end of the week, one of the doctors spoke to my then husband and me. I didn't understand a word she was saying, except at the end when she told us that our daughter had vasculitis, Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It is so nice Dr. Berg to understand you. You do a great job of explaining.
Thnku Doc. It is very informative... Actually um suffering from sjorens syndrome since 8 yrs n um 29 yrs... I vl definitely follow this diet... Plz pray for me... Thnku Doc once again ❤❤❤
I don’t know who you are, but I am praying for you to ask someone to pray is the most precious thing and I am laying here across my bed and asking God to take care of you in Jesus precious name I do pray
Awesome to the max.! Thank you Dr. Berg, it's exactly what i need to know regarding auto immune and leaky gut. It's so soothing to hear you talk, good pace and tone of voice...unlike many others that are loud and jarring to the ears and makes me want to change channel😅
Mindset and self dialogue is everything. If you can truly think and feel positive, feel the healing and remove stress (stress is the root cause of all autoimmune)… Then you will begin to heal.
But you can only change and work on this through meditation. You need to get into a theta brain state and start to rewire your subconsious to remove the chronic stress. Tell yourself in this state that you are healing and you are ridding yourself from all bad stress. Heal up guys🙏🏼 God bless
Haha..only to a extent (stress anxiety), otherwise we need a practical approach in our lifestyle. Otherwise it can lead to something severe and would require medications
Was told I have MCTD... did a blood test and have a food intolerance to egg whites, egg yolks, beef, salmon, casein, corn and brewers beer. I'm over weight need to lose over 100 lbs and also had my gallbladder removed years ago. I am at a loss on how to lose weight and bring down inflammation while I have a food intolerance to many of the foods that should help me heal 😔 This is the first video that I've seen where I can implement everything in it. This is wonderful ❤️ Thank you Doctor!
Fast for a few days to lower your inflammation then retake your intolerance test. It may be the case that you are only intolerant to some things when already in a high inflammation state.
Sam that is really interesting you said that. At the time I had just stopped the carnivore diet and I asked my Doctor could that contribute to my results, and they said no. Thank you
@@Ms.Quess1101Hey, I did a test a couple of years ago and I was sensitive to almost everything. I did an elimination diet for 6 months and started to reintroduce foods. I now have a more flexible diet, however I try to eat more paleo than anything. Food sensitivity tests are not 100%. I wish I would’ve known that and just had done an elimination diet instead.
This information is so interesting. I’ve learned such a lot from you Dr Berg, and I share a lot of the information with friends. The first thing that came into my mind when you spoke about our very complex immune system is what King David said to God in Psalm 139:14 “I praise you because in an awe-inspiring way I am wonderfully made”. We have so much more knowledge about the human body than King David had so we should appreciate even more the wonderful way in which we were created.
I have learned so much watching your videos. Down 17lbs in 1 month. No more bowel issues. My rheumatoid is so much better. I love the gallbladder formula, electrolyte powder and the d3 k2 supplements you sell.

Mine too. I made sure to eat an egg every day wen I was pregnant. She graduated with honors & has a higher IQ than most. Theres no replacing a healthy diet!
Thank you Dr. Eric, fantastic overview :) so much research going on regarding the gut microbiome - I also believe it plays a very large role in general inflammation. Diagnosed with MS last year - thank you for bringing light to these diseases. So many people I know (not even 30) have something autoimmune - massive growing problem. Our diets, environment, stress levels are all worse than they were in the past most likely...
@Penderyn mhmm think you're correct - long term low grade stress continuously by the increased complexity of daily life likely has a big impact. Also, as Dr. Eric suggests, our disassociation with nature and being stuck at desk jobs the entire day is also a big factor.
OMG DR BERG !! I am a 26yo woman from France stopped eating gluten at 18yo (Celiac) But in the beggining of 2022 I had a auto-immune pancreatitis and none of the doctors could say why ! Thank you for this ☺️

Autoimmune twice! 1st time it ate the cornea out of my right eye. 5 yrs later it came back and ate out my whole right eye, the cartilage in my nose and my teeth. Both times it was only halted by Chemo, also both times, a 1yr process of being out of work! Also, both occurred during 2 of the worst times of my life! After the 2nd time (3yrs ago), I also quit drinking alcohol and discarded all heavy drinkers out of my life for stress purposes!

My sister died from cancer which developed from lichen sclerosis. Which some doctors say is an autoimmune disorder. I now have symptoms of lichens and am wanting to try to do something proactive. Dr. Berg, please consider a post about lichens. Thank you!
I think it's time Dr berg started calling them dis-ease in the same way we can be un-easy. It helped me to realise I was not diseased but only something that I can treat so I become dis-ease free. You really have no idea how much you have transformed my health and without you I would not still be here to write this. Absolutely awesome doc. Thank you once again.
I’m suffering from Chronic hives … thanks to you I think it’s adrenal fatigue that worsened from Covid twice as well as post partum . Also grieving a family member who passed and taking care of her daughter . So the stress is there ! Where do I start doc ? What videos ? This is already my second tonight . I am willing and ready to lead a healthier lifestyle. 💕🧘🏾♀️
@Hute Rasford I’m not into supplements due to learning about them in psychology. Most manufacturers are allowed to lie above the ingredients of their supplements causing the FDA to be misleading as they have the clearance to approve what they deem safe or safe enough . I’d rather follow through with diet , nutrition and exercise! Thanks for the suggestion ♥️
Thank you Dr.Berg. I see you and Dr. Eckberg as my doctors now! Food as medicine is the way to go. It is difficult jn a western culture..as most supermarket aisles are to be avoided..but my go to is avoid anything packaged or mono crop grains, soya, sugar. This was good revision as I need to up the probiotic foods. I think avoiding the nightshade veggies where possible for anyone with autoimmune also makes sense. Am wondering what I am still doing wrong as although I am much improved..I don't feel "better" yet. Is it just a matter of time? I started with asthma age 9, M.E age 30. Done IF for last 3 years. Now nearly age 50. Also, I avoid inflammatory foods..exercise more. I have gone from being virtually bed ridden to a 2 to 3 hours of energy a day, while I am grateful for the Improvement...why am I still not fully better? How long on average until the autoimmune disease is fully healed? Thank you.
I went to my Doctor’s for a follow up appointment a couple of days ago and surprisingly, a student doctor saw me first and gathered all the info for my doctor. Anyway, she had no idea that vitamin D and B12 deficiencies are very common with Hashimoto’s. She wasn’t familiar with Hashimoto’s at all. She kept saying “hypothyroidism.” I didn’t bother to correct her. She said she would want to test me for autoimmune disease. 🤦🏻♀️. I wasn’t surprised because I know they’re not taught about it much. When my doc walked in, his next steps were totally different, as he knew I already had an autoimmune disease!!! The other thing that surprised me was that the student doctor said there’s no way to test for other vitamin B deficiencies only B12. I know that’s not true. She either didn’t know or was taught this.
Hashimoto thyroiditis is a common cause of hypothyroidism, which can also be caused by iodine deficiency or certain medicines. That is likely why the student kept saying hypothyroidism, indicating it was the end result of Hashimoto's if it had progressed to that point.
My body is such a wreck, I wouldn't know where to start. I am working with Dr. Milham now using the program he has in place. It pretty much falls in line with your videos about eating meats/fruits/vegetables, and getting rid of glutens. Looking at the weights of people of all ages these days, its shocking how many are so unhealthy looking or complain of health issues. I have family that brags about all the pills they are on and run to the doctor for every ache, pain and flu shot; friends who take meds to "fix" their blood pressure and cholesterol problems while thinking they can continue to eat what they want. Why garbage food is even allowed to be produced and packaged is a sin. Its a slow death to our society. Thank you for continuing to share this information!
Dr Berg has more than earned his wings in heaven, if there is such a thing. He gives so much to so many. He does all this research and hands it over to us. He's pure of heart. Thankyou so much Dr. Berg .
I appreciate going above and over to not only provide the information but verifying it against biased reviews, which have taken a hold of many countries, such as the current approach of patenting supplements, example NMN.
Thank you Dr Berg 🌸 I've recently thought I suffered from a food reaction, but I was told by a GP that it's likely to be a flare of eczema in my hand; due to the cold snap or even stress, I've noticed how better it got when I consume foods like tuna or salmon, also I recently used your vitamin D3 & K2 supplement, and I've noticed how quick my hand started to improve, plus the tamanu oil you recommended in one of your earlier videos. Can't thank you enough for what you've taught us so far & all the valuable health knowledge we learn from you on daily basis 🙏😊
Can you please elaborate on the issue of your hand? My sister is also having problems with her fingers, there is redness near the joints and little bit of swelling.
@@beasty007 I didn't have swelling, there was redness and dryness. let your sister check with the doctor, cause it might be rheumatoid arthritis, especially if there is a pain in the hands as well. I've seen relatives with this condition.
@@sabrinaandhusband7791 yes, we will be seeing a doctor in a day or two primarily due to the swelling. She has no issues while moving the fingers but it could be due to the fact that it has just started, i also suspect RA in her case.
@@sabrinaandhusband7791 she had something like this last winter season as well for two three weeks but then it got better and completely fine during the summers and this winter again it started happening, if it was RA then I can't link it to this season thing like why it happens at this particular time only but yeah it's better to get checked.
@@sabrinaandhusband7791 i suspect it has to do something with the diet because in winters some of the vegetables change in our diet, it could be a possibility that she's allergic to some vegetable which as a result is causing inflammation.
I have had a chronically low WBC (1.5-3.5) for many years now as well as low neutrophils levels. I recently experienced a miscarriage and am afraid that it may be because of these levels. I have been doing intermittent fasting for over 6 years now but am committed to going keto and using these tips to help cure myself. Doctors can’t pinpoint the cause of these levels so I am taking matters into my own hands and hope to heal myself and one day have a successful pregnancy. I am your big fan, Dr. Berg. You explain everything with such depth. can you please make a video on hyperthyroidism and Graves disease? There are lots of videos regarding it but they are very confusing. no one seems to have done proper research on it. As hypothyroidism is common for most, there is very little good content on youtube regarding hyperthyroidism. @Dr.Eric Berg DC
I have an autoimmune gastritis, which can get violent. I found a nutritionist that completely changed the relationship I have with food and everything you see in this video is LEGIT. There is a whole diet that is build around the needs of a person with an autoimmune desease and it's called PTILARA. Basically what dr.Berg said but much more detailed. Using food to control the desease is the most genious thing ever!
Dr ‘s like you save life’s . If I didn’t educate myself recently after the doctors gave up I dont feel like I would of been here a year from now because I felt so poorly . I gave up gluten and all my medication and I’m starting to feel better quite quickly too . Thank you for putting this out there for everyone because you are literally saving life’s . Thank you
I eat good extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar on romaine salads for gut health. Since I started doing so my allergies have gone away. I subscribe to all of Dr. Berg's advice in this video also.
@Ocean Size EVOO is 10% omega 6. Not that high actually. Omega 6 is essential for life. From my olive oil omega 6 adds 24 calories daily. I keep it less than 2% of daily calories.
Eat raw onions or squeeze garlic on the salad then sprinkle herbs like parsley or chives on it 😊 two parts oil one part vinegar we do in Austria 🇦🇹 😊bit of salt and crushed pepper
I breastfed my baby until 3yrs and she recently got diagnosed with rare autoimmune disease called Dense deposit disease. I can’t understand why but I pray she will be healed soon🙏
Let me start this comment by saying I do totally trust this channel and Dr. bergs advice.. hard to explain why I trust him more than the advice of the established/mainstream medical profession, but lets just say its a combination of years and years of my own research (since experiencing autoimmune disease and being told the doctors didn't know what caused it or how to cure it, I became very diligent on that), a feeling i get listening to his advice and how he delivers it, plus some of my own experience with some of the advice. Really what I want to comment here is a question. WHY when there is evidence for this, for the health benefits of a keto diet, the evidence of fasting and Keto in the prevention or cure of cancer, diabetes and autoimmune (among other issues I presume) does the established medical profession not advocate Keto MORE. I get how there is a long history over the last century of misinformation, perhaps propaganda (due to grains, high fructose corn syrup and other products being easier and cheaper to produce and feed the masses maybe?) advocating pasta as healthy, whole grains as healthy etc. Perhaps those on their own without the abundance of other high carb/sugar products that are available to us in this modern age wouldn't be so bad. From an evolutionary standpoint tho, We shouldn't really have ALL fruits all year round, its not natural to have them out of season, for example. We also maybe shouldn't see pastries in shop windows everywhere we go 7 days a week. The rant could go on. I just want to know why are doctors telling me they don't know how to solve my disease, why are there countless hundreds of people dying from cancer, which feeds on sugar, every single day when there is already evidence about how to prevent it. Why does this guy know all this stuff yet professionals are giving out advice such as that mentioned at the start of the video. How can I teach the loved ones around me about this when a google search will more often than not give the contradictory advice? Thoughts and replies appreciated.
@Hute Rasford hasn't really got anything to do with my post and it seems its the 3rd message about this produce from 2 people but the other deleted each of their replies, which were about your product. Seems scammy to me, but thanks anyway. 🤑
This is great. I am a little confused though. In this video he says eggs are good to eat with auto immunity but then there is a separate video about avoiding eggs with auto immunity. Any thoughts anyone?
If you can't do vegetables, you can do sauerkraut juice, in the sonnenburg studies it was the 2nd most effective thing, after kefir. Also you can do fermented fish, it has omega 3s, low AGEs, good probiotic.
Thank you Dr. Berg. I watch all your utube’s. It must be quite challenging with the basic medical field not giving the real facts, in so many different ways.✨

That in what you described is also great for total health on a natural basis. Once again, Dr. Berg, you are the man. thank you we are thank you. Happy health to everyone.
I had an ugly autoimmune disorder. It eventually resulted in a deep depression. Long story short: I went full carnivore. I mean strict carnivore. I stayed on it for 6 months. It cured me. Every Auto immune symptom I had disappeared completely, along with half a dozen OTHER health issues I had but had assumed were due to age and genes.
@@happyvirgo1381 Meat, Eggs, Salt, and Water. If you had the daily depression, desperation, and discomfort that I did, it is not difficult. My primary foods were ribeye, brisket, eggs, salmon, and sardines. By week 3 the results were _remarkable_ and I realized that I had actually _forgotten_ what it felt like to feel _normal_ , because I had been in depression, discomfort, desperation mode for so long at that point that my mental framework had recalibrated to a new, not-good normal.
@@happyvirgo1381 Best of luck. There are people who remain of a pure carnivore diet for years. After careful reintroductions of select plants, I follow a Dr. Berg KETO/IF diet now. If I even get a hint of autoimmune symptoms, I revert to carnivore for a week and they all go away.
My Dr diagnosed me with Hashimotos and told me there is no cure, so go home and read a book for diabetics. 😣 since then I’ve learned so much on my own. Previous Drs said I was depressed, overweight, stressed. At least after a diagnosed i was able to Google it. Thank you for this. It helps.
I’m very interested in this topic since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 20 years ago and have tried multiple elimination diets, pharmaceuticals etc. with little to no effect. its reversable as the rest with around 2 months intence therapy and 1 month maintenance to get rid of it for good check CDC article from 1997 about mycoplasma remerging infections

Berg!
I have very little respect for people that choose to be doctors, they are ultimately killing patients. I'm healing myself with information online.

I have been suffering with Celiac Disease since birth. I wasn't diagnosed until I was in my 40's. It was a challenge at first to adjust my diet.
Your teachings have taught me how to live a healthy life.I now have an acne free face and no longer obese.Thank you

She ate what you ate. And drank.

@@b1378m I have also heard this. How long did you stop eggs?
Thanks Doctor for sharing this timely and very important information. Here from the Philippines.
You're very welcome!
If you can't do vegetables, you can do sauerkraut juice, in the sonnenburg studies it was the 2nd most effective thing, after kefir. Also you can do fermented fish, it has omega 3s, low AGEs, good probiotic.
You ❤ are a Godsend!!!!!!!
Thank you for teaching all of us and not keeping it all for yourself
Thank you Dr. Berg. I watch all your utube’s.
It must be quite challenging with the basic medical field not giving the real facts, in so many different ways.✨
Good day Dr Berg, pls can you provide advice for Sarcoidosis - my lungs, kidneys, eyes & joints have already been badly affected - Thank you in advance
Thanks for your help 💕🙏 I have Lupus, am 75 and it's getting worse. My new Rheumatologist at U of Michigan medical stopped my Plaquenal because I missed my Eye exam. He's punishing me. The Eye Doctors thought it was wrong along with the Pharmacist. I know it's not a Doctor's place to punish a patient. I'm in a total flare up. Pain all over (I have Fibromyalgia) headache left hand painfully numb . I'm going to text the Lupus Foundation. 🍳🍌🥑💪
Dear Dr Berg ,since I started to follow you my health condition has really improved! Thank you! Love and respect from Baku, Azerbaijan ♥️
Wonderful! So glad to hear that!
I really like it when you put the pertinent list of items under the "Show more" link at the bottom of all your videos. I keep a Word document of all my health woes, and it's very easy to copy and paste that info alphabetized in that list, along with the URL to the video. (I have a very long health list that this will be added to)! Thank you for making all this as easy as you can make it for us all!
Glad it helps!
Wow cool 👍 ❤
I thank God for you

My daughter who is only 7 yrs old was diagnosed with rare autoimmune disease called Dense Deposit Disease. I think it is a kind of nephrotic syndrome. She will start taking antibiotic, prednisone, and MMF which is the expensive pill. Now, I am looking for any special kind of diet that is good for the kidneys as well as autoimmune. I will start following Dr. Berg advice🙏

Dr. Berg, you get better all the time, thank you
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment.
I applaud you! I want to do this but don't know how to get through it. Meat all day?
@@happyvirgo1381 Meat, Eggs, Salt, and Water. If you had the daily depression, desperation, and discomfort that I did, it is not difficult. My primary foods were ribeye, brisket, eggs, salmon, and sardines.
By week 3 the results were _remarkable_ and I realized that I had actually _forgotten_ what it felt like to feel _normal_ , because I had been in depression, discomfort, desperation mode for so long at that point that my mental framework had recalibrated to a new, not-good normal.
@@zippitydoodah5693 thank you! I am going to try this. Glad u are better.
@@zippitydoodah5693 are u able to eat some green salad with carnivore?
You are soo awesome Dr Berg! You speak complex things in plain English. Thank you!

I love the sarcastic opening about the “experts” 😂
My Dr diagnosed me with Hashimotos and told me there is no cure, so go home and read a book for diabetics. 😣 since then I’ve learned so much on my own. Previous Drs said I was depressed, overweight, stressed. At least after a diagnosed i was able to Google it. Thank you for this. It helps.
I’m very interested in this topic since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 20 years ago and have tried multiple elimination diets, pharmaceuticals etc. with little to no effect. I was diagnosed with a salicylate intolerance and found that I am intolerant to cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables. It makes it tough for me to successfully follow alternative remedies.
Try medical medium protocols. He has alot of great information to heal the body.
So informative and clearly presented for me to digest. This has spurred me on to make some drastic changes in my diet.
Hi Dr. Berg, thank you so much for this informative video on Autoimmune Disease. Can you please make a specific video on Rheumatoid Arthritis?
