Suna House, located in La Ribera, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is a 700-square-meter vacation home designed by YDR Estudio that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The home is nestled between the beach and mountains, offering a tranquil retreat. A cactus wall leads to two mirrored modules-a garage and service house-before opening to desert-inspired patios that guide guests to the main house. The structure features local stone, beige concrete, and warm wood accents to harmonize with the coastal and desert environment. At the center of the home, a circular patio with a fire pit serves as the heart of the house, offering a place for relaxation and stargazing. The house includes six neutral-toned bedrooms, with the master suite offering ocean views. The social spaces open to a large terrace that connects to the beach, with sculptural concrete cubes forming the pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The home provides a luxurious yet serene living experience, deeply connected to the natural landscape.
