Beautiful collection and interesting explanations of the ergonomic benefits of the hooks, I had bad wrist pains when I started crocheting and I was using the very cheap metallic hooks, then I quickly changed them and got the entire set of clover amour hooks, and they have saved me 🤍🤎 I am a total clover amour girl ahah but when I saw people talking so much about Furls, I got curious and at first I thought they were quite pricey and they are... however what made me buy a few to try them out was also the fact that they were ergonomic and I wanted to try something different than the clovers. I have almost an entire set of Andromeda line and a few ebony hooks I love the feel in my hand for both of these and I love the colours of the Andromeda, however to be honest I cannot use the resin ones for every yarn types like surprisingly cotton yarns especially the not very soft cotton yarns, the resin just doesn't slide as well as my clovers, so I only use the Andromeda hooks with fluffy and slippery yarns, and I haven't tested the wooden ones yet. But I still don't regret buying the streamline ones as they are so pretty and still can be used sometimes :)
❤❤❤❤ I absolutely agree!!! As of September, you may want to go ahead and get your hands on the remaining streamlines because they are discontinued soon, as well as the Candy Shop line. I use the Resin hooks (My All Time Favs). Furls had a live a few weeks ago talking about the discontinuation of the Streamlines.
I honestly expected a handmade hook to be more expensive. I’m taking your tip, and signing up for their email. The science behind the grip, makes sense to me! I laughed along with you, about the spoonie mind, forgetting what they bought! Then I was like”Wait, what?”! I’m laughing like that won’t happen, when it is totally likely! I have this habit at Christmas time, to not put tags on presents, but, convince myself that using different paper for each individual, will cause me to somehow remember who it is for! As my relatives are once again, needing to swap presents at my direction, (My 20+ nephew being somewhat confused by the black squishy pillow he opened from me!); I once again thought maybe I should just put the tags, I already have, ON the gifts! Sigh
@@thespooniestitcher I love the one episode where Castle thought that one of their clients was Spiderman because he should have been dead 2 or 3 times 😂 not sure what season that was.
Maybe it's because I have very small hands but when I close my hand there isn't a gap where my pinky finger is so nothing is falling through 🤷♀️ Now I'm wondering if a Furls hook might be too big? However the streamline metal has me intrigued 🤔
The streamlines are only slightly less thick. You could try an Ommi hook from Amazon. See if you like the grip and shaft. If you do you might like the Furls streamline. I should have mentioned that in the video. Oops.
@@thespooniestitcher Thank you so much. I’m having terrible trouble with my hands due to crocheting for long periods of time incorrectly. I didn’t know.

Beautiful collection! You’re right, you are paying for what keeps your hand and wrist healthy.
Exactly!

Haha awww, I hear yah. I have a list, specific paper, and I take pictures before I wrap things. Otherwise I might send it to the wrong person. 😂
I couldn’t resist the new Leo hook
That's on my Black Friday list!
Beautiful collection ❤
Thank you 😊
I am such a Castle loving geek. I have most episodes on DVD. Go Casket!
Me too!!! Casket Forever! I season 4 was one of my favorites

@@mishellegarrett9243 YEA! I think that was like 7 or 8. Later seasons.
I’m partial to The Blue Butterfly, Til Death Do Us Part, and The Nose.
Love the collection, I saving up for the Aries ones

Can you please give me the name of the wrist guards that you wear to crochet. Thank you
Of course! It’s HiRui wrist guards on Amazon 😊

Do you like Prym hooks. They are shaped like furls. 🧶🧶🧶
Yep, I have a whole review on those. Look under Spoonie Approved playlist.
