Great video, thanks for sharing! Clearest sound of the A321neo with GTF I've heard on RUclips. I like how the engine still has an audible growl from the fan blade tips at climb power, but much less aggressively than the older engines and even compared to the competing LEAP engine.
Type "airbus neo full power" in the YT search engine. There's an awesome video of LEAPs at TOGA thrust and they're buzzing like crazy, and when the climb thrust is set, it nearly dissapears.
Really took it easy on the throttle. Can hear thrust slowly increase after liftoff. Guessing it wasn’t a terribly full cabin considering it’s 2020, although the EWR-MCO flights on United have been mostly at least 90% full. Sort of long takeoff roll but very quiet.
@@YayAreaAviation Yeah definitely took it easy hence the long takeoff roll. Also at least 4 minutes to 10,000 feet so not rocket climb for 2.5 hours either. United's Newark to Orlando flights have been packed generally... but still fewer per day. And UA isn't blocking the middle seats either.
Actually that was a flex takeoff (reduced thrust) with no increase after takeoff, even though it may have sounded like it. Then thrust was further reduced at 1000 feet.
@@kbos_aeronautics okay Boston Logan doesn't have a 15 right it has a 15 and a 3 3 but it also has four left four right two two left two two right and then it has then it has a two seven and a nine
@@brianocean5756 15R is the same runway as 33L but the opposite direction, just as 22 is opposite to 4 and 9 is opposite to 27. There’s also a 15L/33R runway here but it’s 2500 feet so Cape Air and GA planes are really the only ones to use it.
Judging from the left bank just after takeoff, I'd assume this plane took off toward the Boston skyline? I witnessed this years ago from the observation floor atop Prudential tower and Hancock
@@kbos_aeronautics A plane flying toward the south east(140-150°) then turning to the southwest would bank to the right. The plane taking off in this video banks sharp to the left - as did the aircraft I witnessed taking off toward Boston downtown
@@Zickcermacity looking at the flight path of B6251 on October 23, 2020, it appears the aircraft departed runway 15R, heading southeast, followed the coast of southern MA before turning Southwest over Plymouth.

It reminds me of a quieter A330neo a little bit.
The PW are nice and all, but give me those LEAPs. They aren’t exactly 757s but better than nothing.

Stunning! Love that green band inside the engine cowl. And look a that wing! Things have changed since the 70’s man!
Morning, sunset, and night takeoffs are the best

Yeah the flight was surprisingly really full honestly

Thanks! Looks like departure 15R.
The cabin sound during takeoff sounds a lot like a 757 behind the wings despite the engines
it actually does! if you sit behind or on the wings of a 757, it sounds almost identical. (Hydraulic noise)
Boston area is very impressive from a couple thousand's feet point of view.
Excellent upload! Love the NEO
that sound! oh my goodness it gives me chills
I flew on a JetBlue a321neo from Logan airport five days before this video was made
Thay cloud breakout never gets old 😍
How is it possible to film in the airplane if it's not allowed the use of electronic devices during the take-off/landing?
We aren’t in the early 2000s anymore dude lol
awesome video man
Same Thing If You Ride Cebu Pacific's Airbus A321neo (Same Engine And Throttle Noise)
Pretty good 🎉🎉🎉
Runway was that

The 15R departure pattern goes southeast for a couple miles then banks to the southwest

cfm engines??
Pratt & Whitney.
A320NEO. Not 321neo. A321NEO has the CFM LEAP 1A. And this engine is PW1100G
I’m sorry were you on this flight too???
nah man, the CFM leap-1A engines sound so much better.
beautiful !
Thank you very much very beautiful
What’s wrong with the left side?
my arms hurt lol
Do you enjoy right side window seats?
