2004 Ford Crown Victoria. power steering pump removal process.

Release serpentine belt tension by using 3/8 breaker bar or rachet into the belt tensioner. turning clock wise. use a pulley puller to remove the pulley on the power steering pump. removed 4 ten millimeter bolts on the pump. also removed the power steering line on the bottom bolt before you can remove one of the last bolt and use pliers or channel locks to release the reservoir hose line on top of pump. it’s simple as that.
