Thanks for sharing your results. I have read that in some cases that the ability for a machine to utilize much higher Ram capacity is limited, I assume the Processor speed is what determines the clock speed. It is good to see that the machine identified the 32GB of Ram and is using it. What you probably have there is a situation where the Ram can be compared to a very large engine doing light work, work at a level much power than it was designed for. It is quite possible that the RAM will last a lot longer given the higher capacity.
I am using a Lenovo Y580 Ideapad I bought in late 2012. It's still Chugging along with 8GB of Ram, I think I paid about $1200-1300 for it. it has been a good machine. Cloning a New Crucial MX500 1TB SSD for it right now. I cam here because I was considering upgrading to 16GB of Ram, as I think the installed RAM is getting tired. I sort of hate to discard the old computer as it has served me well. I wonder just how long it may last.

I was wondering if upgrade RAM from 8GB to 32 GB or just to 16 GB. But I think after analizing your video, upgrade to a 16 GB is enough.
My laptop is a Lenovo ideapad GAMING 3 - 82K2, it has a Ryzen 5 5600H with a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti.
The issue with this is that i have just 5.86 GB RAM available from the 8 GB of RAM I really have, the system says that the other 2.14 GB of RAM are reserved for hardware and my laptop in some things are too slow and sometimes freezes.

Hey man , I have this exact laptop and when I run the same benchmark I get 4285 for my score . I have the same 32g Kingston . Have you made any tweaks? How about gpu drivers are you using Lenovo or from Nvidias site. Thanks!🤙

​@@DarkLord666SK Yes. I've contact the lenovo support and they said the maximum the laptop can have ia 16gb because they only sell 8gb sodimms 😂 crazy isn't? In the future i am going to upgrade to 32gb because i need it for work.

Since the laptop is designed to support 16 gb RAM only, putting a 32 gb RAM doesn't make any difference.
Simply wasted money in buying 32 gb RAM 😂.
