  • The pickled wild garlic recipe is on my page 🌿
    The excess liquor is flavour packed and punchy from the wild garlic, chilli and shiitake mushrooms. Adding eggs can only make it better! 🤤
    You could just make the pickling liquid and add a couple of sliced cloves of garlic if you just want to cure some eggs and don’t have any wild garlic 👍🏻
    I soft boiled the eggs and chilled them down before dropping into the pickle liquor and leaving in the fridge for 5 days 🔥
