Another great video Joe. These motivated me to start pickling myself, granted it was just pickled onions but it's a start haha. I wish I lived nearby to attend one of the supper club events!

Pickled onions are a good start though! It’s a shame you can’t come to a supper club. I talk a lot about the foraging side and how I used the wild food to create the menu
