Pickled wild garlic capers

- Use them just like capers! In pasta, risottos, salads, sauces or with cheese and just about EVERYTHING else 🌿😋
I didn’t fermented them this year as the garlic stench when I open the fridge is unbearable 🤣
The 3:2:1 pickle liquor is :
300g water or mushroom stock
200g white vinegar or apple vinegar
100g sugar
Salt to taste
