Pickled wild garlic capers

  • Use them just like capers! In pasta, risottos, salads, sauces or with cheese and just about EVERYTHING else 🌿😋
    I didn’t fermented them this year as the garlic stench when I open the fridge is unbearable 🤣
    The 3:2:1 pickle liquor is :
    300g water or mushroom stock
    200g white vinegar or apple vinegar
    100g sugar
    Salt to taste

    What do these taste like, for reference? I'm imagining something like normal capers, and maybe some slight alium flavor?
