I personally like to add the sugar at the end of the process. This way I can control it more and add it to taste 👅
I like to add sugar to one to create the delicious liqueur and keep one sugar free for cooking and cocktail making 🥳
Nocino liqueur :
20 green walnuts approx
2 fig leaves
Meadow sweet flowers, dried or fresh
1 litre 40% proof vodka

What does that fruit taste like?
It’s not a fruit. It’s a nut. “Making Green Walnut Liqueur”.
At this stage theyve got quite a unique flavour similar to bay leaves 🍃
Walnuts only tincture ( the same stage of friuts) is good for parasites to eliminate from the body, stomach flu, sickness and few other things.
