- the best ragu pasta recipe I've tried so far. It is from Jamie Oliver's book 'jamie's italy' (very good book bdw). Cooked in a pressure cooker you can save a lot of time and taste will be very similar if you follow my video. Cooking instructions for Pressure King Pro and Safe Fast Slow Pro pressure cooker.
ingredients:
500g minced beef
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
4 can plum tomatoes
3 bay leaves
1 spring of fresh thyme
salt, pepper
dried spaghetti pasta
parmesan for finish
Im here because ive no used my pkp for a very long time snd forgot how to do this . Hopefully it helps as mine is stuck on keep warm feature for 24 hours :(

Hi, thanks for comment. I do not think that is raw. I very like spavhetti so probably it is pasta from lunch an i cooked new sauce :)
