I feel like a lot of times we take the warriors for granted and I just LOOOOOVE the practices with a bunch of variations of them; they build strength, confidence, flexibility in the hips and they are just so empowering. I absolutely adored this flow because of it and thankyou so much 😘 I started the yoganuary a bit late but I'm still working on it every day and it's awesome. Good morning from Texas. I just finished this awesome flow and definitely felt the power! I also wanted to mention my intention is to wake up early every morning to do Yoganuary and so far I'm proud so say I have completed all 13 days. Looking forward to the next two weeks:)
Oh, Cat, I loved this flow! Today was the first time I successfully lifted my feet in the straddle (for a wee split second!) and successfully jumped through to seated without rug burning the heck out of my feet. Thank you for this challenge!

This was so enjoyable Cat thank you, as a beginner I didn't feel overwhelmed and I like that you always provide options for progression. Do you have a video on elbow strengthening? Sorry to be a pain but I can't spot anything and one of my elbows keeps hyperextending accidentally and crunching out, and then is painful when I try to keep it strong and avoid that. Or if anyone else in the comments has suggestions on poses to strengthen that would be great :)
Thanks Zeynep, so kind of you to reply :) I've got a light dumbbell so I'll definitely add some tricep extensions (and dips) into my home workouts. Yoganuary has introduced dolphin pose to me and I love it! Thank you x
OUUUCHH i had to give up/ take a break half a minute before the half moon, I cant imagine how strong your legs must be, cause mine might just fall off from this. First one i struggled with tho. (not doing these in correct order btw, ive come further than this, I promise. was just scared of Power yoga so I swapped it.)
I have so many favorites it makes it hard for me to try a new flow of yours, but I'm so glad I did this one today! Still feeling it in the quads!

I'm not so sure but you might do tricep extensions with a light dumbbell, or you might do tricep dips or dolphin pose for strentgening your elbows.
