I have been working my way through this series a couple of classes a week for the past few weeks, and this was my favourite so far. Thank you for sharing the series (and leaving it up all this time!) i’m finding it really helps my anxiety with everything that’s going on, and from reading the comments I know i’m not alone in that.

I LOVED this! Delicious hip stretching! I injured my shoulder in class last night :( so I wasn't sure how much I'd be able to do today. But I didn't need to use my shoulders at all :) Thanks Cat and happy Friday x x

I love your yoga videos Cat, they are beautiful, empowering and grounding. However, I notice in the hip sequences many of the poses focus on stretching the inner legs. I find that I am wicked overstretched in this particular area and am locked in my outer hips (glutes, ITB etc).. would you find it in your heart to make some videos on focusing on the mentioned areas? Thanks so much
That was a very emotional practice for me. My hips are very tight and now they have a pleasurable burn. Going through a separation with my husband and Christmas time is hard. Thank you for this. Namaste. ❤️
YASSS this was just what was needed after my day today! I am really beginning to feel the differences in my body from doing #yoganuary every day, I feel more calm, strong, flexible and motivated. Quarantine running every day has made my hips sooooooo tight...I couldn't even master the basics (I'm probably intermediate yoga level). Thank you, going to do this every night now
Hi cat! today I felt slightly frustrated just due to how tight my hips are and some positions were just upsetting on how I could not go far :-( Makes me really sad
I wondered why I was highly strung emotionally, thanks to this practice i stretched my hips and opened my mind an cleared some foggy bits from my emotional cave. Thanks cat.

Great flow, but to be honest I miss the connection with the breath. I like to reminded during yoga how to properly breathe😊
