Love these high rep routines. For years I did 100 burpee warm ups before weight training, and I thought that was a lot. After discovering this channel and burpees king, my programming has completely transformed. I’m 95% high rep calisthenics now with light weight training. At 46 years old I’m in the best shape of my life.

I loved this one IronWolf! I must admit, I am feeling just a tad bit more fatigue resistant- your routines are working for me. All worth the effort. Growing callouses on my mind, as Goggins would say. I ran a 5.6 miler yesterday w/ the 25 lb. v-force. I think next Saturday I may do one of your 30-ish minute burpee routines w/ the vest and see how well I can still keep pace. I'm 39, and in the best shape of my life. Thanks, brother.

Thanks for this workout routine man. I'm doin this routine twice a week since I started follow you on yt. After almost 2 months of doin it today I finish whole routine under 1 hr. Did the 30 down style without the burpees. Also did an additional 35/35 at the end for a total of 500/500. Took just under an hour and a half. Keep up the good workout ideas.
hey wolf, today I started with this challenge, in between I did kettlebell lifting instead of burpee, at the end of the workout my pushups had bad quality but i think I can get better with every day, cheers from germany

Really cool workout. I could only make it up to 20, really tough. Then I had a birthday to go to, ate loads of 🍰. Don't worry, today I will do 12 push ups 12 squats on the minute. Right after I come back from the dentist, broken tooth!

This question may have been asked already or before so please forgive me if that is true. During the burpees are you holding your breath during the exercise and then breathing out once you stand up and prepare for the next one?

I do BJJ.
High rep burpees has made a huge impact on my stamina and mindset.
Any workout on this channel will do it, but for me the single pump and 2 pump burpees are where it's at.

@@santiago7644 No jumps. I do them exactly like iron wolf. I've worked my way up to 250 burpees. On my way to 500. Try them on the days you don't go to BJJ, after about a month you'll see a big difference.
@@trubbleshootn sorry the question, why don't You (and Iron wolf) do the burpees with jump? Is it bad or something like that?
@@santiago7644 Not bad, just a different style. This way is more of a military style burpee. I feel like while practicing jiu-jitsu, adding the jumps to high repetition burpees would be alot of impact on the knees. Especially when doing hundreds and hundreds of them.

Wolf you gotta know that 500 is unrealistic for the people you are trying to get to start working out. You should have a staple sentence you mention for every vid so that you can get them started. Wolf Family
Yea they can just do a shit ton set of 3- 5 reps
He doesn't do beginner workouts so we just start with 10s but 3or5 k m a set better.
Lower it to 200-300
10 squats, 10 push-ups. Until you get to 100 each
I only reach 15
