- Complete as many reps of the following exercises in 5 minute intervals
0-5 minutes- 1 pump burpees 1 squat chaser
5-10 min - 2 pump burpees, 2 squat chasers
10-15 min- 3 pump burpees, 3 squat chasers
15-20 min- 4 pump burpees, 4 squat chasers
20-25 min- 5 pump burpees, 5 squat chasers
25-30 min- 6 pump burpees, 6 squat chasers
Did my first 500 Navy Seals yesterday in 2hrs10min. Remember some months backs I could just manage 100. Thanks for the great inspiration Iron Wolf.

how many months did it take you?
@@ronbuil6923 I think some 4 months but not constantly training for the Navy’s. Did the april challenge on beginner. I recommend first doing 500 2 pumps. Then train your navy’s by doing high rep 5 and 3 pumps navy srals

Not the most impressive showing but as usual damn proud of myself that I finished.
I've been training to an extreme for over 20years, I've also seen a lot of people "train." If I was given the ability to use my legs I would modify my routine to include your methods. Nothing but respect my friend.

This was by far the hardest one on my legs. Made me realize I need to put mu effort on my legs. Thanks for the workout, keeping us in form until gyms are open.

This is my go to routine.
250 burpees + 750 press up.
I try to do this in under 1hr.

54 year old male. Followed this guy for some time. April 1st 2021 started burpees. 100 a day. First 800 reps I had to do as separate steps as the explosive kick hurt my lower back (had to learn to engage core). At 1000 reps, moved to 4-count (no push up) from a push up board as I'm tall and my long limbs needed assistance folding up by not having to go as low. Now at 3300 reps, I do 100 4-ct bodybuilders a day with a half push up to ease things along. Still brutal but my body and mind have improved immensely. Nothing aches. No knotted rotator cuffs. Bliss. I also can confirm the supplements/nutrition IW recommends. I sleep better I eat better...I run up the stairs...I just feel better. Thank you Iron Wolf. Thank you for lifting me just enough to obtain momentum. You taught me repetition-meets-skill and that you cannot reach "flow" without either. Hat's off!
Finally started doing this. I forgot that I haven't been doing much leg work recently until after the workout. I did a meager 31, 18, 13, 11, 9, and 6 reps. 88 burpees, 231 pushups, 231 squats. RIP legs.

I've seen a few videos of yours, and at 0600 I was in garden doing burpees - the first meaningful exercise I've done since Dec20 shut the gyms again. I'm less of an iron wolf, more 'look a bit like a melted candle' - thank you for giving the push I needed.

This was a great workout! Started cold and slow on the one pumps (42), ended bathing in sweat on the 6-pumps (15). Endless source of inspiration you are IW. Thanks for that.
Done again. 55 one pumps, ending with 18 6 pumps. Progress! IW sessions work without fail.
