you really are such a beast. I watch a few entertaining and motivating youtube fitness people. But you just bring the military mindset, that next level cardio and determination that comes with these kinds of reps.
Just when I thought he wouldn't make it harder.... wow. Surprised I finished this one. All thanks to Iron wolf for making these follow alongs where he matches your sweat right back at you. Anyone doing this first time, go for 8 or 5 reps if ten is too hard. Damn what's next!?
Good workout, just competed. Thanks for posting this one. My staple when I’m training for an event is the Chelsea WOD but done at 45 mins. EMOM 5 pull ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats for 45 mins.
Love the grind, and it already feels easy to hit 500 on both, added some sit ups, mountain climber's, and jumping Jack's 💪🏽cant wait for the results, I'm doing this challenge for 40 days straight( 5days down) let's get it 😎
Lovin this routine bro I'm starting this tomorrow. been for a 5 mile ride this morning and done 150 pushups and 100 pullups in the park so yeah tomorrow new challenge for me for the next few weeks . Thanks ironwolf 👊🏻 respect bro
Your videos have been the most helpful thing ever for me, I always would lookup videos on how to get stronger and how to increase stamina and all you usually find is mainly dudes trying to put on excess mass with weights and terribly immobile exercises, been doing one of your exercises almost daily for about 2 weeks now and man I feel great, more energy, more flexible, much stronger, amazing appetite I thought I'd never get back. Keep it up man your the brother we all workout with when we aint got no one, and for that I thank you.
I came back to this one again on 10/16/22 after returning home from camping w/ my Cub Scouts. I was feeling like a change from burpees on my Sunday sweat-down. I LOVE this routine. I'm tempted to throw the vest on next time, maybe drop reps to 7 initially and see how that feels. I'm doing towel pullups b/c I didn't install a bar; they really work my grip. Great stuff!
Subscribed Iron Wolf, my training recently has plateaued so I'm going to attempt this on Wednesday 9th to try to break through. See how many minutes I can get. Very inspiring, glad to finally get your channel
@@IronWolf84 just did EMOM 5 pull ups 10 pushups for 30min=I'll increase that to 6 n 12(did that easily, I don't do squats because I run), then did 5 dips 10 rows 10 kneelifts for 30min=the 3 exercises made that tough, a lot less rest. Just what the doctor ordered, appreciate your knowledge n feedback. Definitely going to do a EMOM once a week, going to film the next one. Thanks once again
I'm just cruising today; tried out a slow burn session. Something like 350 reps (lost count toward the end), sets of 25 or 50. Mainly 6-counts and body builders, and actually my first time trying out 1-pumps and some 2-pumps. Gives you a great feeling to do the work, get a good sweat on, but not be frying yourself. Doing them outside on a pretty nice day didn't hurt either.
Thank you for he upload Art. I did something similar to this last Wednesday so I will do this 2mrw or Tuesday. Will probably just do the 500 today & stretch okay & some light bag work too ;;::)). Stay strong Wolfpack! Peace & Love!
Hey Art, Been doing your protocol for about 1.5 years straight. Did the EMOM of 12 push-ups, 12 squats, 3 pull-ups for 50 minutes last night like it was nothing. Good form too. If it wasn’t for your methods, I wouldn’t be able to do this. I’m 55 years old. So if I can do it…..
My personal challenge for Dec-2022 month: Min 108 Burpees every single day. Cumulatively, 5,000 Burpees 7,500 Pushups 10,000 Squats min 108,000 Kg of weights lifted in the Gym 100KM Walk 50KM run Day-25: almost there, ahead of the time! Happy Holidays. Merry Christmas to you and family. Thanks for being the inspiration. (BTW, I am using your "Welcome to Rep City" training mat every day and I am really enjoying it. This heavy-duty high-quality rubber yoga mat is really of superior touch and soft on wrists and knees during burpees).
I'm having this next .. yesterday did the 5 mins of 1 pumps/suqats, 2 pumps/squats you to 6 pumps/squats .. but added the weight vest .. it was rough ! .. this looks tough tho .. thanks as ever IW ! ..
I train with pupils in my school we had 27 minutes and managed 230 of push ups and squats 66 lat pull downs (no pull up bar) outstanding from a 16 year old boy and a 57 year old man 👏
Random question @IronWolf I’d there a particular reason you don’t do jumping burpees like you see most people do on RUclips. I’m talking about once you come up from the floor then jump 6 inches off the ground
What could not be done on a beautiful sunny day,... no noise, no music, no cool and refreshing drink, the sun is beating down on your skull. Pump, pump, pump is the motto, all or nothing. giving up is not an option, let's pump,...🙏👌💪
I'd like to know which one is better between 5 pull ups of 20 sets and 10 pull ups of 10 sets ,if i wanna perform 100 reps ? , Are they both able to build musle and gets sharpe.
What is the benefit of doing push-ups on bars like that? It seems the hands are elevated and would make the exercise easier. I see a lot of people using them in calisthenics videos.
Two years after, we are always here, and we train again and again .
Salute to the wolf team, thanks from France.
The pace he keeps is absolutely insane given the movements hes doing. You can't appreciate it until you try it.
Bro you do 10 (reps) of this and you are throwing your lunges out of your body, at least that’s how it is for me
Yep. Olympic weightlifting is impressive, powerlifters move incredible loads...but until you actually do a routine like this, you won't get it

It's a Russian machine.
Exactly until you try it and try to maintain his pace as he laps you continuously makes you address if your really training hard or not.

For some reason this is a lot easier than the burpee challenge for me, could it because this requires more muscle and less cardio?
Yes
What calisthenic exercises do you do for shoulders?

easier on your wrists and yes they get easier the more elevated they are
Question: If this is apart of the 500 Push Ups and 500 Air Squats everyday for 2 weeks does that mean 150 Pull Ups everyday for two weeks as well?
