1. Start your day with overnight soaked raisins and kesar (about 10 days before period)
2. Don't be afraid of dairy. You can have desi cow milk and milk products.
3. Have cashew & jaggery mix daily.
4. Don't overdo seeds. Have them as chutney, sabzi, etc., not as shots.
5. Practice restorative asana.

Love the fact that you emphasize more on local available things. I have heard all around that left dairy completely and no cashews etc as they affect your pcod instead go for other milk like almond or soy milk . Can you plz post a full day eating plan for PCOD persons....it will help alot as we get to know what to eat, when to eat and how to eat...plz it's a request. Thank you

Everyone tells different things. Some say don't take dairy some advise against it. In my experience I have PCOD for almost 20 years now. Leaving out dairy hasn't made huge differences to my periods but has definitely helped me reduce cholesterol and weight. So I consume little amounts of dairy only to give an edge to protein. Rest I consume soy milk. Everything in moderation has been the key , rather than extreme changes which adds unnecessary stress thereby increasing cortisol further and worsening PCOS.
Thank you madam for taking this subject. Please tell something to avoid unwanted facial hair growth.
Can you do a series on PCOD and PCOS like you did for weight loss? Tips on what to eat, how many times and how much etc. and how to figure out that it’s making a difference. Could you also include exercise routine to follow? There’s a lot of material online for people gaining weight due to pcod but nothing fir people who are still suffereing from the problem but weight gain is not their symptom. How can they maintain their weight but still improve the condition?

@@surekhabojja110 Mam I left outside and junk food completely, absolutely no sugar in anything you eat,no packaged or processed food at all.
Eat oats,curd,paneer,fish, chicken,sattu,ragi,daliya,sprouts,small quantities of achar with your lunch or dinner. I also joined a good yoga teacher and 1 hour of yoga daily. My doctor had also given me a medicine called tab corectia...it's an expensive but very good medicine which improves your PCOD. I didn't used to find it in my city so I used to order for it in the pharmacy.

thankyou for usefull nd ryt knowledge, was confused to see so many vedios about diet,then i thought to go only with rujuta mam, guides perfectly,feel everything normal with her guidance, otherwise cant follow any other one who says ;fasting krlo,leave dairy products, use other kind of milks,carbs bilkul nhi 😓i think how can one cure if the guidlines dont seem to b followed throughtout the life, go with the simple formulas which can b followed for years nd years🫡

I tried this raisin 3 and saffron1. It’s seems good but I had to go through a lot of heat boils I got mouth ulcers my gums were swollen and ton of pimples. What do I do to prevent it I had to stop it. Give me some alternative to heat issue.

I said many times you don't read my comments to talk about endometriosis.
this is nothing about PCOD, you talked about what should someone can do during periods... but you didn't give a single thing about wjat to do about the actual PCOD condition?
So when you mention about local milk dairy so no to the milk that is supplied to our homes like gokul milk etc the one that comes in bags... if you could clarify on it.

You can have dairy, jaggery, seeds but in a certain portion... You can't have too much
