1. Avoid long gaps in meals

I have a confusion. In this vdo, the third point is to have sprouts, either raw or we can cook them. In one vdo of FitTuber, he has strongly suggested not to cook sprouts, but to have them in raw form. Could you guide whether we can have cooked sprouts or not? Thanks.

Well it is not about believing a person, it is about what is right. He bases all his talks on Ayurveda, so there should be some amount of fact in what he says. So just want to clarify, and I am sure many people who have watched that vdo of Fit Tuber will have the same confusion. Dil par leni wali baat nhn hai dost, just want to clear the air.
@@vgoyal22 sometimes raw food troubles gas to some people. better to experience self what suits and what causes upset stomach.

I believe in ayurveda n I think we should include some " Living uncooked " foods in our daily diet along side our regular cooked meals...
U can cook sprouts little bit just to make it palatable..

If Amla is good then why not Triphala? You mentioned not to take Triphala but that is primarily made of Amla.
Yes. My doc also says detox or colon cleanse is not necessary. But isabgol can be taken it’s fibre not laxative. I use it for ibs it doesn’t work like laxative helps in adding bulk to stool

Very Good. My proven shortcut for Good Hb
1. Spend money on quality Pomegranates & eat one full daily. Ask your mom/wife/maid to peel for you, if you can't carve out time 😊
2. Eat 1-2 teaspoon organic jaggery granules after every lunch & dinner as a mukhwaas. Nowadays it is easily available in organic shops/online.
