+Aaron Neumeyer Thanks for your kind words. As ling as I do my part of the process (sights, and smooth trigger press followed by a good trigger reset) its not that hard. The trigger on the PPQ was amazing
Owner of ppq .45 and glock 21 .45 ...ppq its a good gun but big and bulky and has more recoil then the glock 21 i love them both but i prefer the Glock 21
+faultroy home defense. carry depending on the situation or your size. a very large man could carry this all the time. if you're in the woods this would be a great defensive weapon for wild animals.
faultroy OK, clearly you wanted to troll, so let's troll. +Surago Really? A home defensive weapon? OK, but a woods weapon? -Yes, any weapon can be a home defense weapon. Why not hard hitting large 45acp round? Are you aware of the 45 acp ballistics? It has lousy penetration on large dangerous game.- This isn't even measurable, yes SOME large game have been known to withstand a round like this or similar but they haven't been known to take a hit and keep coming, most die or run off then die. As a matter of fact, it is illegal to hunt with it because of its lousy ballistics.-please provide sources for such accusations, and no one suggested using it to hunt. Why not go with something like a 4 inch Ruger in a 357 mag? Much better terminal ballistics, and you can use it for hunting if you had to. - over penetration can be a bad thing and revolvers are limited in the amount of ammo they can carry and harder to reload. In reality, this round while great for the military has just run out of reason for civilians.- name one reason a civilian can't carry this round. It is a solution to a problem that does not exist.- what's that? The only problem I see is needing to defend yourself and a gun chambered in 45acp does just that. Problem. Solution. What amazes me about this round is how many people refused to use it over the many decades that it has been around.- again, examples and facts, please provide them. Youre just stating random jibberish Ive never heard of anyone carrying it for hunting or woods defense. There are so many better alternatives.- though better alternatives I know LOTS of people that carry it in the woods for defense. Against animal and people alike. This, and the 1911s are really for Gucci Gun Owners that want to impress themselves and Gun Nuts.- no, it's for personal preference, everyone's hands and abilities are different and opinions. I love 1911s for quality, looks, and function, but don't carry them due to weight, size, and amount of ammo. Anyone with half a brain should steer clear of it and get something much more practical.- anyone with an eighth a brain should block you as you're doing nothing but perpetuating hate for something he knows nothing about.
Hi there really enjoy your videos I am stuck between this one and the MNP 2.0 45 I really want something that’s easy to rack hand strength it’s not what it used to be , I like the looks of this one
Joseph Anthony I have both the 9mm and the 45 acp. To me the 9mm has a worse muzzle flip. I assume the extra weight of the 45 is what makes it not feel as bad.
star child That's physically impossible! When the slide is closed it pushes the rounds in the mag down until the slide opens only then can a round be stripped from the mag and move into the chamber
It's a .45 and the Walther has a higher bore axis than the 1911, Glock or S&W M&P pistols, with my small hands and left hand handicap, the higher bore axis cause more felt recoil and muzzle flip. That being said, the PPQ is an exceptional pistol and for many the perfect handgun for them!
Its quite comfortable to shoot. Sort of like my G21 but the higher bore axis on the Walther cause more muzzle flit. Also my handicap (left hand) doesn't help. Thanks for commenting.
You're such an amazing shot for having not fired this PPQ before. Love this gun and hope to get one someday. Thanks for sharing!

That's awesome, I love the ppq platform. Please review the new m&p45 shield when you get a chance.
Please try to get your hands on a Sarsilmaz K2 45acp for review. I have one and its the most awesome pistol I've ever owned.
Looks like its got some kick.. Thanks for posting..
+Shooting MOA Not to bad.

Nice looking pistol
Another good video. Thanks
+Kerry Williams Thank you.
I wonder is that a lot of muzzle flip, or is this .45 not right for his hand. I don't want a pistol I can't control totally.
Nice. If I wanted a .45 this would be in the running.

faultroy tl;dr
faultroy YOU ARE GAY
I loved my original M1 in 9mm.....this one looks a little high pointy ish......
Very nice shooting

It should work. My advise is to work the "power stroke" it's very effective for working the slide and you're gaining leverage.
Nice video bud just bought mine
how can you open your both eyes while you are shooting, I 'm learning this skill for many years but always haven't got it
There's a video on the channel about that. I think it's called how to shoot with both eyes open.
Would you say it has more recoil than a m&p 2.0 45? I own the m&p just looking for a comparison
Long time since I shot them both side by side. However, I recall the M&P had less felt recoil.
Is the muzzle flip a problem? I have the PPQ in 9mm and I see from your video the muzzle rise is a bit high.
+Joseph Anthony (Josefius) Not a problem, but I do prefer guns with a lower bore Axis (Example G21) vs the Walther.

It definitely looks jumpy
does ur 45 chamber round just by inserting magazine without charging and slide forward mine does
Yes, many polymer framed pistol do this.
Guns, Gear & On Target Training, LLC can you make video on it? I've talked to like 5 gun smiths cops told me I was crazy
yo gotti here you go... ruclips.net/video/QjdIT8kdRQo/видео.html
Guns, Gear & On Target Training, LLC no I'm saying with the slide shut not open it will chamber a round
star child That's physically impossible! When the slide is closed it pushes the rounds in the mag down until the slide opens only then can a round be stripped from the mag and move into the chamber
Seems snappy

@@GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC thanks for the reply, for me it was between the PPQ or the Glock 21, I went with the G21 but really liking the PPQ
I gotta agree with some commenters, it looks like a hi-point
The pistol looks like a hand cannon, you must be a small guy.

Eww from a distance that gun looks just like a hi-point.
Quality and shooting accuracy with the PPQ is way better than them paper weights!!!!
Again murdering a decent gun for ...
